"Aunty I cannot act like this anymore. I feel very guilty on this lie..." she pleaded in front of the woman whose son was battling with life on the hospital bad since last one year. He was Shlok Agnihotri mother Anjali agnihotri.

"I know Aastha you don't want to do it but we don't have any other option...I cannot pressurize you but I think you should think about your father who also lied on the hospital bad and you should think about your mother who was trying to cope with the situation..." she politely said while Aastha was looked her helplessly.

"This is totally lie what happen if he gets to know about this..." she scared about the future.

"How will he know... who will tell him... it just upon you how convincingly you acted until he gets back his normal life fully..." Anjali said in strain way

"My fianc called me... it is not going well with him..." Aastha tried again to convince her

"Why he doesn't support you in this situation while he knows very well that you cannot marry him right now... I can let you go but what will you do then... I don't want anything from you instead of one thing... your sister tried to run away and my son met with life threatening accident due to this... he was in coma from last 1 year and I know how I lived in this whole year... I didn't want to see your face again but I am helpless due to my son... he forget about your sister betrayal. He forget why he met with accident... he just remember that he was engaged to Swati... he loves Swati till now so when he open his eyes... he wanted to see her face... you cannot imagine how I was obligated that time. I cannot bring back Swati for him but I have one thing... your face... it is your misfortune that god made both of you identical. You have the face which can bring my son back in his life... I know you are thinking how cruel I am but for my son sake if I have to be cruel then I will be... you have weakness which make you different from your sister... you have a good heart... you are selfless person... you care about your family before yourself... I like you but I don't like your face. This is the main reason of my hatred for you..." she spoke every word which was boiling from the core.

"Only you say that my sister betrayed your son but why you forget always that she is no more to justify herself. I don't know the truth... even nobody knows anything... only your son knows that what happened that night. So please don't blame my sister for unreasonable things... that accident was not normal and you know that very well so don't say ill about my sister who is no more and I am not helping you thus because I need money for my family but I helping you only so that I can get to know the real reason behind my sister death and your son can tell me this only so that I am trying to bring him back in normal life..." Aastha gave her a straight and fair replied.

"You are bound with me until my son will not be fully recovered from the bad memories of accident... doctor said that you are his medicine so you have to be his medicine... remember that ..." she said in prickling voice and left the room.

Aastha sighed on her words. She remembered everything. Aastha and Swati both were the stars of Avdhoot kirloskar and Kalindi. Aastha was 2 years younger than Swati but they were looked like identical twins. Aastha was the carbon copy of Swati. They both have beautiful hazel eyes... and innocent features but they were opposite just in one thing... their nature. Where Swati was vibrant... opened and out spoken while Aastha was quiet, shy and reserve. She never expressed herself easily.

Swati had some aspiration for life. She wanted to enjoy every bit of life. She wanted to touch the sky while Aastha wanted to make her family happy in every way. Swati was not cunning but she was bit selfish with her desires.

Shlok met Swati in his office where Swati got selected as an assistant of Shlok. He fell in love with her and proposed her. He was very nice. He had everything. He was rich, suave and stylish. He was the only son of Anjali Agnihotri. She was the owner of Agnihotri groups. Her husband died in her young age. She struggled a lot in her life and she had only one aim in her life... her son happiness on any cost.

Shlok told about Swati to her and she became ready for their marriage immediately due to her son happiness. She liked Swati. Shlok and his mother came to their home and fixed their alliance. Shlok was very good guy. He cared Swati's family as his own family. He cared about Aastha and her parents. He gelled with them very much. They didn't feel that before some time he was totally stranger.

But time has to be changed. You cannot live happily ever after. Suddenly Swati announced that she want to break her engagement. Nobody could understand about the reason. Shlok was stunned at her decision. They decided to meet and resolve the matter maturely. Aastha convince Swati for meet to Shlok and she went to meet him but after that she never came back and Shlok also faced the terrific accident.

Avdhoot kirloskar could not tolerate her daughter death so he became paralyzed. This was the big shock for Aastha and her mother. They lost their happiness suddenly. They were trying to adjust in new life after the unfortunate happening.

One year passed slowly. They never tried to contact with Agnihotris again but one day Anjali Agnihotri came to their doorstep. She had a deal. She offered them a financial help in return she wanted that Aastha posed as Swati in front of Shlok.

They had need money for Avdhoot treatment. So she became agreed and signed the papers. Her fianc Aakash was not ready for this but Aastha convinced him that it will be only for some months. Her mother also cared Shlok like her own son so she didn't have any objection on that.

Thus she came in the picture of Shlok and Swati. Her face made her Swati. She was not so different from swati in style wise because she always admired her elder sister. They looked like each other on every aspect. Nobody could identify them easily based upon only looks so she didn't have to do much work on her looks and style. But she was entirely different internally. She had to try hard on her emotional side whenever he went to close Shlok. She could not emote herself like Swati ...

"Mom I want to go home now..." Shlok made his face. Anjali smiled on his gesture

"oh dear I too want to take you home as soon as possible... doctor said that very soon you can go home" she replied and kissed his forehead.

"Mom as soon as I will reach home after that I want to see Swati in my home..." Shlok said with shining eyes. Aastha shivered on his words and looked to Anjali.

"Dear we will talk later about it... now you should have to take rest..." she said lovingly.

"Mom I am serious about..." he again stressed his words. Anjali just gave him a warm smile and left the room. Aastha followed her quickly

"Now what will happen..." she worried

"Don't worry everything will be fine..." Anjali tried to calm her

"I am not Swati and also I am engaged with someone..." she panicked on situation.

"Don't worry I will do everything fine..." Anjali told in cold manner when Aastha looked her

"Oh really..." she satirically asked
