The reason Shlok married Astha as that's how he takes revenge --marry Astha and reject her

If he ,married Astha for revenge on Swati...neither his or her love stands true now.
So far Astha has been thinking its for his Baba.

I guess the Swati track needs a proper closure..Swati was always a part of the show although she was not visible to us..Swati's betrayal has left an immense affect on Shlok's characterisation which was shown to us from the very first episode..I think Swati's death will be the final nail in the coffin & the chapter will be closed once & for all..hope so..
The spoilers are misleading as they dont give the exact picture but only a glimpse of it..Lets just & watch..fingers crossed..

I agree. If she would have been dead, she would be Shlok's past. If she would have been alive, I could have thought of her as being an obstacle in Aashlok's journey. But her death, that too in front of Aashlok and Aditi is sad. Aastha will be torn now and Shlok will again sink in grief.

I think it is important because shlok hates/ doesn't trust women because Swathi left him. I think knowing that Swathi indeed always loved him and her dying infornt of him will bring out his feelings for Astha as she is his present while Swathi his past and would change his perspective towards her, making him believe in Astha's unconditional love.

Thats exactly my point in reverse...that if it takes Swati in front of him showing him that she always loved him to understand that some women are good and she dies in that state...Shlok will never love any woman again...because this time he will remain guilty of misunderstanding Swati. Then her love will become larger than life for him because Swati will be the bigger person of all.
If thats what they show..Astha has no chance. They cannot show Shlok to now fall in love with Astha after Swati dies...or after her truth is exposed to Shlok.

If they showed Astha bringing back trust, color and life in him that Swati took away..only then their love story would have made sense. Astha constaly vowed to bring back old Shlok, the one who he was. So now Astha's mission has failed and it takes a Swati dying on deathbed for Shlok to know all women are not bad. Then it would be janam janam ka pyar of Swati and Shlok. Astha can look for another guy.

Thanks. Hope CVs think through this properly. They are probably thinking the more women around Shlok, the more AStha will fall for him. Wrong notion.

If he has not fallen so far buddy...if he was never in love with her...then he will not in the future.
I was assuming that he has always been in love with her..from day one..even pre marriage but has reasons to hide it. Or atleast he fell in love after Astha is making efforts.
But if he has not so far...then I do not want him to fall for her after Swati dies. No point.

I hope cV handle this track properly..If They show Swati death in front of ashlok
