Aastha herself doesn't seem to know what she believes in.
First she declares in front of everyone that she chooses her parents over Shlok, and yet it is likely that she will ditch those same parents for an abuser and his manipulative family. After she found out about Shlok's true colours she was saying how she should've listened to her mother and not marry him, and yet here she is again willing to go against her mother.I will not feel any sympathy for her if she walks back into that hell-hole, she knows what it's like but she misses it apparently.😕I feel sorry for the helpless, the vulnerable, like Jyoti, who has the support of no-one, but not for someone like Aastha who has the support of her family and yet wants to be with an abuser. I hate female leads who get themselves into trouble and then seek sympathy. These people mean more to her than her own mother. She talks the talk about respecting ones parent's, prioritizing them, loving them and caring for them, but she never does anything to prove her love for them, so from now on she should stop lecturing Shlok on relationships, as she herself doesn't value them. She seems to love her abuser more than her family, which is sad. The show is sending out a completely wrong message, and I hope no-one in Aastha's position ever follows it.
