Chapter 2 STRANGE WORLD
"strange world we live in and strange are its people."
Chandni clutched the duet close to her body.she was sleeping in the resting room of hospital with two traness, doctors and nurses . Resting room looked like a fish marketing with clothes, garbage spilled everywhere and two bunker beds full with off duty doctors and nurses.
Chandni was dreaming of snow clad mountains, sweet breeze ruffling her hairs, she felt blush crept in as someone hugged her from back, nuzzling her neck. Hmm.. Such a beautiful dream, she felt coldness on her face, as suddenly cold rain drowned her. What!!
Ugh!!!! Ahh!!! Her scream came along with four other screams, as she looked baffled at her surroundings. Why every one was wet and sitting with half asleep faces. She looked at her clothes, her face with was completely wet from the cold water thrown at her.
Her eyes landed on a manly arm holding her waist and now nuzzling her back. Ahh!! She yelled and pushed his hand away, who truned out to be trainee Vikram.
"Ahh!! This one is so extremely lazy." advay came back with a bucket of cold water, and threw it on doctor Vikram while Chandni bearly manged to save herself from the water attack.
Vikram jolted out of his sleep, coughing water, looking completely perplexed.
Everyone looked at advay with shocking expression. He was wearing blue stripped night pjamas, teaming it with a red hand like a Santa. He looked as if he is going to bed, but his face looked fresh, though his eyes looked a little tired.
"I know I am Handsome.But you are not paid for stairing at me. So, GET YOUR HORRIBLE ASSES OUT AND START WORKING!" he yelled making everyone shake in fear.
Chandni saw everyone run as fast as possible from there without a second glance. While she stood shocked out of her wits.
Arnav took a deep disinterested sigh looking at her shocked face," I knew you were slow but damm! You are even slower than a turtle. Get out before I count 3."
"who are you to order me like that." chandni said even before she can understand repercussions of her words. He was certainly a senior doctor to her but it was not like her to speak back to people like that. Before she can apologize, she heard him say, "3! "
"what! You didn't even counted 1 and 2." she yelled back frustrated.
"well that's my style of counting. I will let doctor Rimi know that we have a volunteer for this whole week night duties." he said smiling his evil smile, which made Chandni very uneasy.
"who?" she stuttered the word,deep down she knew what he would say.
"who?? You offcourse. Such a good and kind doctor." advay said evily.
"Chandni. Doctor Chandni Narayan Vashisht." she first stuttered but than said her name as confidently as she can.
Arnav took a step forward and brought his face closer to hers, making her breath caught in her lungs.
"see this face!" he said in his husky voice, moving his finger around his face.
He continued further "does it look like it cares what the effing your name is."
"No! This person doesn't care about your name and your personal life. Is that clear." he said moving back from her and went out of the room.
Chandni looked at him angrily "Ahh!! Mr Arrogant".

That day turn out be like hell for Chandni and all her colleagues. Advay made them run from here and there. He looked like a strict PT teacher, who only lacked a whistle. But dismay to Chandni's thoughts, he end up getting a whistle from somewhere at the end of that day.
"Run!! RUN!!!" advay yelled as he saw Chandni and Vikram walking towards the ICU, to check on accident patients who were still in critical conditions.
They ran as fast as they could.
Chandni was shocked to see people working so fast in the hospital today.
she even saw genitors cleaning down the whole hospital from ceiling to floor, unlike other days where they just lay laziness playing cards. Wherever she looked in the hospital she saw people working like robots, even the extremly corrupt, orthopedic doctor Batra was on time, attending to his regular patients.
As Chandni, Vikram and nurse Anaya sat eating their lunch in canteen, six hours later, they felt as they are in different world altogether. Their body was extremely tired, their heads on wanting to go on perpetual sleep mode,while they ate like birds, taking huge sigh of tiredness in between.
"Ahh! It feels like I am dieing here." Vikram said banging his head on the table. He has been saying the same dialogue from past one hour. I think whole staff felt the same as him , the devil.
"Dr strange is here. Act like you are eating fast." nurse Anaya said now completely concentrating on her food.
"Dr strange??" Chandni asked puzzled.
"Dr advay Singh raizada. He is the strangest doctor I have seen in my 7 years of working here. Everyone has nicknamed him, Dr strange." she explained.
"why?" Chandni asked.
"are you seriously asking me why?" Anaya said in whisper. When Chandni still looked at her confused, she only replied, "Haven't you gotten enough reason to call him strange from today morning."
Chandni decreetly looked at advay who was now buying two sandwiches and juice from the cafeteria while his mouth ravished a red lollipop.
"Is he still wearing that Noddy pajamas and hat with that pink sleepers. Ugh!" Vikram said half opening his eyes to look at advay, who stood waiting for his order oblivious to people questioning his dressing sense.
"you should be glad he is at least wearing clothes." nurse Anaya said chuckling, which made Chandni look at her open mouthed.
"what! a.. Are you serious. You mean he has." Chandni said stuttering, but feel ashamed even to complete her sentence.
"you mean he has come to work naked." Vikram said chewing on his burger, head still Laying on the table.
Chandni looked so baffled at that piece of information. Is that man insane or what. He is not Dr strange but Dr mad.
Anaya giggled at Chandni's expression and clarified," not fully naked. But he was wearing his boxers.haha. But still was very scandalous. In broadday light, a doctor in just his boxers running towards Emergency room."
"wasn't he expelled for his behaviour." Chandni questioned.
"No, he is too gifted a doctor to be losed over such matters, that's what doctor raghav has said. But he was definitely got scolded from our superiors." Anaya told them drinking her coffee.
Chandni looked at advay who was now leaving his food. It will be better she stir clear of his path. He is a clear psycho.

"Wow! Am I in a wrong hospital." Dr raghav said while entering Advay's office which was completely neat and clean, unlike other times.
"you are in wrong hospital. Take a right from Ram road, near Ram temple, is your Balaji Mental hospital. They have been searching for you forever." advay replied cockily taking a huge bite if his sandwich, simultaneously looking at the CT scan of a patient.
"hey!! Mind your language. I am 15 years older than you." Dr raghav said stealing other sandwich from Advay's plate making advay look at him with annoying eyes hidden behind his glasses.
"that's your punishment for insulting me." raghav said smirking.
"Tell me about the patient." he said.
Advay cut the call on his phone for the second time in front of Raghav, though it was the 50th missed call on Advay's phone from last two days.
"patient had a concussion with excessive boodloss . His spinal cord is extremely damaged, due to which he has lost function in his legs, soon his arms and other body nevers will be paralyzed. Aka he don't have more than a week to live." advay explained chewing in the last piece of his sandwich.
Rubbing his hands on his pajamas, he made his way outside, taking a clipboard full of health charts with him.
Raghav followed him outside, arnav pulled his mobile out again as it rang again.
Caller ID "Annoying Fojji."light up on his mobile which he cut again taking a deep sigh.
Soon after he received a message from the Same ID.

Advay locked his phone and put it again on his pocket , looking expressionless.
"wow! You have really managed scare the whole staff in a single day." Dr. Raghav said as he saw junior doctor and nurses run away as fast as they could from Advay's vicinity while doing their work diligently.
"They have turned extremely lazy." advay said smirking and looking at Raghav with micheavous eyes.
"you devil! Haha. I happy Atleast they are saluting you as they pass you by.that would be too much." Raghav laughed at his own words, while advay just raised his left eyebrow smirking as two new male intern pass by him just than, saluting him on the way.
Raghav stood shocked out of his wits." you will be completely screwed if anyone of them complained."
"oh!! I am looking forward to that. It gets rather boring here in this hospital.that will make it fun." advay replied laughing and walking right to check on his patients.
Just than he got another text. But this it was from someone else.

Advay typed back, losing upper two buttons of his shirt, looking annoyed.

Before advay can put his phone back after sending the text. He received a mail.
He saw the small notification from email address IAMC. WC@Gmail.in
He locked the phone without opening the email. He knew what it was. He took a deep breath and looked ahead.
