I agree. We should all move on. I am thankful to SP for giving us Barun Sobti but I am actually more grateful to gul for giving us Barun sobti, advay and a good ending.

About hating SP, no one here really hates SP but yes, emotions of fans were hurt by the hasty decision taken by the channel not only for Ipk3 but pardes and other shows too. Its human nature to show reaction.

My sincere advice to Sp is that a show should be allowed on a slot for at least a year to make strong fan following .

For 8 p.m slot , it is really difficult. So,P should not experiment with it. SP should get a light, nice romance story for this slot with lot of fun in it and then, wait patiently. Wait for the moment when other drama is not doing good and viewer decides to flick through channel to see something or between advertisements changes the channel and see the product. Only then, trps will built back. Over the top effects, weird costumes and make up or repetitive wedding tracks won't work.

The top drama at the moment, everyone wonders what is so special about it. Let me tell from a viewer point of view,that the show usb is its simple story. I left that drama years ago but if I want I can pick up it today and I won't miss anything. why? because core story is same, a love story of two individuals who are very different and they face hurdles. I know the characters, so it takes me minutes to understand and relate. The actors are really good, the basic story is good, no circus costumes or make up or effects anywhere. People watch drama to relax, to discuss about it with others. At least, the people I know they do it for that reason. So, give us something like that. I am craving a nice story from SP.

As for other show on same slot, I am sure that its a good show but there is no barun there. So, I don't want to watch it. I am a franchise fan who became barun fan and I am extremely loyal. I like IF too. I don't think I will ever stop coming here. I may take break from time to time but its like a home.

At the end, I would also say that SP please give me my favorite Barun back and you will have one viewer back. Its not lot but one by one you get millions. Stick to your guts, your PH gives you awesome stories, don't butcher those stories for trps because those core plots will bring the trps eventually. Just show a little patience.

dark drama is unsuitable for that time
or maybe some mythological or historical show
I love your idea to give a show a year at least
give some time to settle the show will pick up
once audience likes it they will be slowly glued to it
this way they can increase their fan base too
I am a bit tired of IF now
so may take a temporary hiatus
and yes fan sentiments were hurt for axing so many shows too

hmm I am not sure about historical show, the writers take too many liberties with history which makes it frustrating.Priya join us soon on FB, I was missing you there today. I checked you were not in forum either. Just pm me when you come online.

they do change many things in historical shows
I saw it myself with Jodha Akbar
ekta had made it a kitchen politics drama at one point
yes I will join u all in FB soon
I had come to forum at 12am IST
