This article is the perfect example why low-budget brilliantly written films in India are so unpopular and goes away unheard of just like a fleeting breeze of air. Like the writer of this review, there are so many Indian film enthusiasts who adore good films but show a general disinterest towards some good movies when they comes, just because of the absence of good promotion or the lack of it. Just today, I posted about THMS on Facebook urging all my friends to watch it and all I got was this only comment "What? What's so special about this film? I haven't read any news about it" That's it. Not even likes. Unless, the act of extravagantly promoting big-budget or below averagely written potboilers continues ignoring the deserving ones, this scenario will not improve. Sigh..

Anyway, the review here from Economic Times states perfectly why this film is such a praiseworthy all rounder.

I have been able to make at least one of my friends aware about this film. The director/writer is a debut wonder. It's his first film and yet his work is way way better than even some of the established filmmakers. Barun and rest of the cast have got high praises for their effortless acting. THMS might be the very benchmark he needs for going further up in the acting world. He already has the talent, he just needs good promotion. And this film is not getting any, seeing its current state. What's more sad is that this film doesn't even have an Wiki page yet. Well-crafted films such as these needs to be reached out to the people. Just think of it, if this film didn't have Barun in it, how many of us would have been eager to watch it? It would have gone unheard of.

I think the film budget is low as it is
So they did not want to increase it by promotions
But it should have had a wiki page

Having an Wiki page plays its part in making good films known. Barun will also gain popularity that way among people who doesn't know about him.

I wish they have promoted it more and battled for more screens but then milind has done commendable job he released it on his own on whatever scale he could, movie is critical success already that z also a big thing and I feel critical aporeciation helps more.I also feel they should have released it before judwaa2 movie is still going strong and it is obvious theater owners will not let it go as this year only few movies has been commercial success.Thms is doing really well in mumbai hope they release it in other states.By the way it z possible they might have earned profits through screening it at film festivals as well.
