Besides they are only 16 to 20 episodes...they have very few dramas which reaches 50 to 100 episodes...so they don't have to drag the story

Even with 100 episodes u can make a compact story
But the shows now we get here drag so much

You know what is the differences here...Kdramas start to shoot after the script being written...So the story is already decided...However here, they start with a story for 2-3 months...after that, the writers just drag it to drag it...
