I think Chandni would love to make Dev relive her childhood memories
She is not the vindictive type rather the soothing soft and gentle type

I badly want to see some good quality DevNi moments before the show ends
But I am not hopeful at all if they will show us that

I don't see this situation that way. Chandni was a kid , yes, but she was his best friend, they used to share their secrets and all, they had they own language etc. Its not like someone told him Chandni did this or that so he doesn't believe her. She herself told him she said what she saw. And the result of what she said was a huge tragedy. She even discovered their secret place. He felt betrayed that too of all people it was his best friend who betrayed him. So it is not so easy to foreget and forgive.
Dev inside him knows that she did not do it with evil intent , but one way or another, she is the cause of his tragedy.
So , like I said Dev knows that Chandini is not evil, that's why he said she can't do it but what she did in the past it's not easy to forget.

At least that's how I see it.

Chandni will heal him
She will soon know her parents killed his parents
Then she will understand him all the more
And I think he will also know she was used
