I think she is a broken person this time because of her miscarriage and rejection at Devs hands. She is just breathing...like she once told nani. She is pushing herself to be as positive as she can...hoping to find a purpose to live. She has partially found that by volunteering in the organisation. She needs to overcome this by talking it out instead of just bottling all her emotions relating to this into a box and acting as if she has moved on. She probably needs psychiatric help or a good friend like arjun who can lend an ear.
