Seeing your husband killed in front of you IS a big deal. Not disputing that. But you said C's trauma is nowhere near P's trauma. I think that's harsh. P had a good childhood. She was happy. C on the other hand has always craved for mother's affection. This is why she's of appeasing nature. It can happen. I have seen it in my own extended family. What you experience in life does condition you as a person and affects how you react. C is a little restrained because of various experiences and circumstances. P never had that.
Look, do I want C to fight? Hell yeah! But lets' not downplay what she's been through. She will stand up to Advay. All in good time.

BTW, I am surprised Shikha didn't try to give some prasad to Advay and just begged him to let them see Chandni... š
Well, I'm not dragging this. It seems like we are fightingšI didn't say the trauma, but their circumstances. Trauma is trauma, be it for a small thing or a big one. Chandni can fight Advay, because she has done it before. Paro however, like I said she was kidnapped and forced to live with the one who killed her husband.

every person is made out of different clay... everyone deals with trauma differently... There is no comparison is trauma in real life... what I find easier to move on from, someone else might not...anyway, this is Indian sabun formula to make the heroine spineless for a little while after the wedding... she will get back to fighting him soon
I'm cosmopolitanšI have my home @ Queen of Arabian Sea as well as the Gateway of India, bhatkofied in London for a part of my life, now in Toronto š
