It can be possible, He is professor but that doesn't mean he is a teacher of sorts, Professors can be fellows in top uni's in oxford and cambridge. Also he could have a multiple Phd's , and could be a researcher ( more like a scientist) . Even better he could also be a financial broker or manage/design financial products, cause they need top mathematicians to calculate intensely difficult forecasts etc, in the financial world. ( in they can earn in millions for sure). Just saying ,

Yes , you are absolutely right, I have said this too from day one. Just based on the way he treats murli and shilpa. With Murshi too he is so cool and normal , like any normal person. Actually even better, as he is their employer yet he is really sweet to both to them. unlike the rude Arnav from S1 who never knew how to treat his employees.
Hence why Advay will struggle in punishing Chandini , cause he is not a dark person in reality, He is hurt and he seeks justice sever with a platter of revenge. But from deep within he is not a bad person, just a person who has been wronged by society , mainly the Vashishts with the aid of Chandini,
