She is very attracted to him. He reminds her of Dev. You don't feel sad at the idea of someone leaving your house if you are not emotionally attached to that person at some level. What happened was very personal to her and she wanted to return him that pain because he was "apna sa". She was only so cruel to him because what he did hurt her far far more than if someone like lets say PP had done it because she is into him

Agree on the attraction but disagree that she's 'into' him. Yeah she said the 'why am I feeling sad?' thing but then by that logic we can say Advay's kinda into her too after he said 'mujhe kyun farak pard raha hai?'

My thinking is she's purely bitter and angry towards him now cause he's sabotaging her shaadi and caused her mother (for Chandni she's her everything) to get VERY VERY angry at her. Plus he made her look bad in front of so many people all the while she knows HE'S in the wrong. No wonder she lashed out with her words.

Don't think she's into him yet.
