Actually I am pretty confused and I wonder how small was Miku at the time when the accident happened that he doesn't remember the house where he lived but remembers their family whistle tune?😕 He doesn't remember anything about his actual family but he remembers that his name used to be Miku so when Advay called him by his name Miku he thought somebody was calling him?
How is it possible I don't understand
What do you have to say about it?

He looks like he might've been 5 years old in the flashbacks? Idk :|

Can't say, bud. Guess for creative purposes he seems to just have a long lost memory of that tune and his nickname. Maybe he didn't even clearly remember 'Miku' but when he heard Advay say it, it may have triggered something in him?

I was just thinking it'd be so cool if his family adopted Advay for their own too :') He feels lonely and while I know he'll have his Chandni by the end of this journey, it would also be awesome if Veer's parents decide to welcome Advay as their son also! ❤️

Well this fact has bee discussed in another thread also... See as a child do we remember every moments of our bachpan? NO na..? We can only recollect few bits and pieces...Thus similarly Veer remember his name, because as a 5 year old, when asked his name, he may have told his foster parents...(that part not clear though)..
For the haveli, I think, he hasn't explore it to recognise it as his previous home...May be in future something happen to trigger his memory a little...
Human mind is a complex thing to understand...

Okay so basically it is script writer's fault..coz it is not even partial childhood amnesia...

if u have childhood amnesia u will forget everybit of ur chilhood except parents/grandparents/sibling/ur name/home

it is possible to forget sibling coz lots of body feature change by time...but it is not possible to forget parents's face and their name...even it is not possible to forget ur first name and last but not least...it is not possible to forget ur home where u spend ur childhood...

but this boy remembers whistle and his name strange it is even not partial childhood amnesia...coz in that case u only remember imp things which are parents and home...thats it...

It's script writer's fault actually...lack of analysis and he/she wrote in hurry i guess...

At times we do not have a clear memory in childhood
We only remember in bits and pieces
So he must also remember just the name Miku and the whistle
He can remember parts of the house too if he explores it
If the house is not changed from that time
But we already saw few changes were made

Probably 3 or 4 ... we do remember certain things even after we grow up ... some experiences, some music that we are exposed to repeatedly (Doordarshan ka haunting music😆 All India Radio ka morning twang😆), pet names.

For argument's sake, mera hi example deti hu😉 I was an army brat, I don't really remember much of the places we stayed at when I was 3 or 4 but random things, I do. I remember being chased up two flights of stairs by a silly cow in an apartment on Andaman & Nicobar islands while my dad was parking his scooter building ke neeche😆 I was 3 😆 True story😃 It didn't traumatise me for life, but I do remember the dratted cow chasing me up two narrow flights of stairs😕 until I reached the third floor and banged on the door to get my mom to open it and take me in😆. I also remember we had a little cake cutting ritual in my Upper Kindergarten, when I was 4, where we pretended to cut this rubber cake and the teacher gave us candy and everybody else sang HBD😛 If we think back, kuch na kuch tho yad rehta hai bachpan ka. Sab kuch na sahi.

Acha coming back to your post😛 Miku must have heard that tune a million times bachpan me...and been called Miku a gazillion times. Probably has some impressions memory ke kisi kone me parivar ka, this tune and his name... Hopefully writers will bring it in in future episodes where he remembers things while he is at the haveli😊
