Yes Exactly...that's what separates heroes from villains...in my opinion...not their looks ...not how they talk...how they walk...how educated they are or not...what feelings they have or don't have...It is who they are at the core...

Arnav was a hero...I want Advay to be one too!

EDIT: I missed the puppy saving scene...watched the first episode in India...and switched on the Tv a bit late...I guess...That's something positive but not enough...How humans treat other humans is even more important than how they treat puppies...

Abou the term Psychopath...It has been used more lightly more recently but essentially it is a severe mental disorder...

A psychopath is a person with a psychopathic personality, which manifests as amoral and antisocial behavior, lackof ability to love or establish

meaningful personal relationships, extreme egocentricity, failure to learn from experience, etc.

Although I am not sure...but I think this is a mental diesese that can be recognized but not cured...

It is one thing to feel something strongly...and be upset about it...it is another to be so damaged...cold, manipulative and incapable of any healthy relationship...that it is best described as a mental disorder...

I agree with you Sush - I really don't think Advay is damaged beyond healing. He is right now stuck at the same place for the past 16yrs - going over and over about why his parents were targeted and why his friend cum bestie gave that damning statement. He is unable to get a closure over the disaster and his anger and revenge is mainly because of that.

But one good thing is that he is side by side investigating what happened at that time so hopefully he will get to the bottom of the conspiracy. I am hoping he will learn to forgive Chandni for her involvement in the tragedy and learn to love her in spite of it. He still feels protective about her even though he talks about revenge all the time. He could have allowed PP to take advantage of Chandni and let her be dishonored as that would have been a very good revenge on Chandni - She would have been broken beyond anything but no he didn't do that. And by looks of it he is going to save her from the leech PP. So yes he still feels protective about her and cares about her honor. So something tells me that he is not going to destroy her but he is going to get a closure of his pain from her. At least that is the story I am hoping the creatives are working towards.

yup, and I am sure PP is gonna attempt something... knew that since the moment he stepped on the dupatta during pigeon poop scene and we got more proof of that today... important to note that Advay stomped on her dupatta after setting it on fire as well but also gave her his jacket.

I agree Advay's character can be shaped in any way, PS...and there are signs that he is a person with a terrible past...but not damaged beyond repair...

Regarding his reaction to PP essentially planning a sexual assault on Chandani...I will take it a step beyond...I would like to think that Advay should have reacted the same way...if someone was for example talking about Shikha the same way...that's because of his essential decency at the core... not because of "love"...

I also liked yesterday episodes so much .. That whole laal dupatta sequence was so beautiful.barun shivani are sharing great equation so early n bringing that up onscreen. Barun is pro in these but as u said shivani surprise me each day too.n ya she totally look like kashmiri beauty with that dupaata 😳

Yes cv has cunningly made audience to root for advay now with making pp baba intentions like that. Very intelligent move i must say 😆

And yes, the Dupatta moment had Gul Khan written all over it! This is what she does best and it was beautiful. Very subtle, nothing over the top. The glances exchanged between Advay and Chandni felt very natural. Great work by Barun and Shivani - and of course the director as well! 👍🏼

And lovely caps. Nice to visualize that moment again in my mind...with the help of the pics!

Ha ha...yes...sometimes we do judge too early...😃. Best way to watch something is read or see about things only after you have watched it...

You, dear lady, had me a bit tad sad yesterday or prolly d day before that when u went 'nope, I'm done' on d show.

I got used to seeing u around, yaar. N Ur posts. N swets' collages n pics.

I was like...no. don't quit this early. There's a Dev n Advay your fall head over heels for beneath all this hurting Dev n enraged Advay. But...u already had many telling u that n I dint want to..ya know, stand there n prolly lift a red sign board to stop u if that's what it takes. Don't y ever scare me like that again. Its hard to find someone who thinks on d same lines as you do n you are of those few people for me. If I haven't made it clear so far, I like you, duh. I like having n seeing u around. I like seeing Ur classy posts.

Now coming back to Ur post, Advay is a softie. Trust me upon this. D way he treats Murli, Shilpa and a puppy n pigeons, Sush! He is a softie, bas.

But yes, he's a badass. An angst ridden vengeful guy. Who does things that are socially unacceptable but hey! He knows it.

See, I can't exactly justify unless a scene is brought out to me. But that fire? That was just a flammable n non combustible oil yaar. Lagegi nahi. But Haan, kisi Ko pata nahi which makes pp in aag but Chandni jaling.

N somehow everything Advay does takes me back to his tragic past. I kind of keep connecting his acts to what he has seen n been through.

I am carrying myself away now.

Anyway,just wanted to tell u ki I really am uber happy to see a new post from you. n um...that I like really like it.
