A great opening post. The show looks great so far, its not just the leads, I am loving Ritu Shivpuri and Randeep who does a Zaki here, like you said. The script seems promising, another history in the making. And while no one could have sold ASR 2.0 like the man himself, I think this show does belong to Shivani too. Promise to peep in as and when time permits.

Here's wishing more of you and Shwets lovely collages. I just noticed that Shwets is back too.

Where should I start Sush? This season of IPK has everything in it so far. After watching the first four episodes It seems to me like watching a blockbuster of either Sanjay Leela Bhansali, RajaMauli or Manmohan Desai😆. There is then the whole lot comparison with Gul's old shows as you have noted so am not going to go there.

I will applaud all those actors wearing the loud makeup, jewellery and costumes first. Its not an easy feat. 👏 Although I am wondering that why do they have to go through such torture? Why can they not wear normal to bearable clothing. But that is again me with my fashion style close to heaven down to earth😛😆

I like to commend the acting skills of the actors. Ritu Shivpuri, Barun Sobti, Shiwani Tomar and all the masis😃 👏 ⭐️ The sisters did not appeal me yet. Ritu Shivpuri is the best from all. Her dialogue delivery is ace.

Chandni - I am liking this character so far. Shivani is playing the role so well. Her expressions at time is dead on. This is the first time i have seen her and still she has captured my attention. A victim of an obsessive lover; a daughter of the alzhemeir father, a chulbuli sister, an educated yet down to earth person. She is what one want in the female lead. 😃 I loved how she handled the entry of those eununch.

ASR- What to say about him. He is the reason why we all are here back on show. 😳 I don't think any one can enact the role of ASR the way he does. 👏 👏 Will scrutinize him further later😛

I am not sure what is the rush? The pace of the story is scary. First week and we know most of the things from ASR's perspective.

Last but not least the dialogue writer: Lipstik ki kasam😲 and shat pratishta vasishtaSeriously... Sorry I can not be positive about this in any terms.

Will just sum up with that the Intezaar for the man is over, Imtihaan of the makers has started and Ilzaam on the make up/dress designer is in the full swing yet I am here for all my friends...

PS- I could not stop and compare one thing though. The love for the facial hair. Gul has this ajeeb sa love for itPahele Sahir and now Advay 😕

Sush looks like there is going to be clean shaven Barun too in the coming episodes. Looks like Gul agreed to get our bitwa to clean shaven look. Kash she takes the constructive criticism and tones down the costumes and bling man. That is the only thing that is not working out for me. But maybe this show is geared mostly towards the TRP audience who likes this OTT costumes.
