I was very apprehensive about the reactions of Barun fans. I, being one.

We all knew even before the show could start, it attracted negativity because of the casting decisions.

I knew once the show starts, the forum will attract both the old and new bashers.

But what surprised me was the honest reviews posted by Barun fans and mostly by few hardcore fans of Barun.

I am glad to see that Barun fans who are actually disappointed with the first episode, had no second thoughts in saying so and admitting it here.

Glad that we didn't turn out to be blind fans and glorify everything related to the episode one just cause it has Barun in it.

Glad that we are open to criticism. Barun and the entite IPK3 team would appreciate criticism as well for them to grow further in the show.

Like many mentioned, the acting was good overall. The editing was a big let down.

Only time can tell if this show will fare well.

I wish and hope it gets better for the entire team for all the negativity that has been directed to the entire Team unnecessarily.

I see old members in the forum. Barun does and still has managed fans to wait for his show even after 5 years. I hope the show does justification for the Fans wait as well.

Waiting for the show to unravel.

I am just happy to be part of this forum. The forum seems to be buzzing already. Let's have fun.

Barun fans has never been blind fans and never shied away to even criticize Barun himself... if we were blind we would be somewhere else 😆

anyways all for good... the editing has been bad and no one can deny that. and also many of us realizes that the without the pool scene the show would start with Chandni's scene.. SP has forcefully put the pool scene as it was recently shot (going by his hairs) .. and Barun fans only saying that dont put so much pressure on the Sobti-Charm and let the story do the talking. Sobti alone cant do it. everyhing together has to work.

having said that Barun and Shivani did their part perfectly and the editing was never their fault :)

I always knew that No one is blind fan here... Everyone accepts editing was bad...few scenes were unwanted

Promos were edited in better way

We all are open to criticism but not to bashing

I personally hate bashing

You are so right about Barun fans. I like how all of us are ready to accept the flaws in the show and are pointing them out too.

The editing was not up to the mark. The first episode could have been much better if they had not added the first scene randomly.

It's going to be a fun ride.

My bad I didn't mention the extreme crazy type Barun fans reactions who dislike anything said against Barun even if it means criticism.

Yes, I agree the acting was good. Shivani surprised me with her acting. The talent is very evident,in the way she enacted few scenes today. Poor girl was bashed mercilessly. I really hope she and the entire team gets the rewards for their hard work.

Yeah i agree. Even i came across many hardcore barun fans accepting criticism. All in all a good episode with few editing mistakes. We have to watch it as a new show and not compating to season 1. For me original IPKKND is beyond comparison.

That's a good sign, isn't it?

It will lead to much healthy and rational discussions as the show moves forward.

I am loving the atmosphere already
The show editing was faulty they should improve that
The clothes are also a major turn off but we can do nothing about it
Apart from this rest all were top class

im loving the liveliness of this forum and discussion of different kinds. i think the editing can be much better because otherwise everything like the story elements and acting were really good. i especially loved the scene were chandni was running through the hall mixed in with advay pulling that statue. i also like sasuma's entry where everything slowed down and the music kind of faded. those were good effect. hopefully they do see the feedback and improve the editing. might not be this week but hopefully next week and so forth. the good thing is the story is really intriguing.
