Just read an article that the story of this show is regarding an acid attack survivor.

So ,is chandni an acid attack survivor??

It seems like chandu is acid attack survivor
Gul just mentioned its story of acid attack survivor... Shivani mentioned chandu has past and very sad always... Article said chandu suffers from anxiety attacks

If u put all together then chandu is the one...but not confirmed

Yep. In an interview with India Forums, Gul revealed that IPK3 is more than just a love saga. Apart it being a revenge-romance-thriller, it has quite a few social messages. And that IPK3 is the story of an acid attack survivor. She dint specifically reveal that Chandni is the victim specifically, but there sure is one acid attack survivor in the story.
