Congrats...

I think Adnam sami wasted money to reduce in some doctor or gym he should participant here in iss jungle.....hahahaha

U r rite Bugger its Chetan who lost 20 Kgs...and not Akash...he probably must have gained 20 kgs for not doing any work in the jungle...

usually with eating less and dehydration the first ones to loose weight are those with higher weight. But it is very easy for them to gain that back as well.... Most of the weight that these people have lost is water weight and if they dont maintain well, they will pound it back very quickly and thats not healthy.

They should show us "before" IJSMB pics & "after" IJSMB pics - Marc definitely looked thinner...I can't remember what Chetan looked like at the beginning...
