Iss Jungle goes thro' its first elimination..

Come Friday, Sony's Iss Jungle will see a celebrity contestant moving out of the show. Check out the first elimination results here..

The first week of Sony's Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao has given the audience a great mix of adventure, palpable tension, some fun-loving as well as terrifying jungle tasks, and of course a good share of arguments and cat-fights between contestants.

According to the format, every Friday will see the Elimination episode in which the two contestants placed in danger zone will have to fight it out in the 'Maha Jungle Challenge' and the one who succeeds will be saved, while the one who loses out will be shown the door.

Says our source, "IshQ Bector and Anaida were the celebrities who got the least number of votes. They were given a task related to aquarium activity, in which Anaida fared better than IshQ. With this, the rapper IshQ Bector bid adieu to the contest and to the jungles of Malaysia".

IshQ, the Indo-Canadian Hip Hop artist who is a singer, song writer, producer and performer has written, produced and sung music for films like Dhoom 2, Fight Club and Pyaar Ke Side Effects. He rose to fame with 'Ishq De', the music of which is popular even today.

The elimination episode will be aired tonight at 9 PM only on Sony Entertainment Television.

Shweta Tiwari - Heating up the Program Iss Jungle se Mujhe Bachao

Shweta Tiwari the Most popular Tv actress, anchor is now heating up the Sony TV's latest reality show Iss Jungle se Mujhe Bachao. The program was started just before few days and Most of the desi websites are already filled with her pics from the show. Though she acted in few Bhojpuri movies wearing some skimpy clothes, they are almost unknown to the other parts of India and she was identified only as a girl nextdoor. Now she is all set to come out from that image and heating up the reality show wearing swimming costumes and showing her assets which her fans wanted to see and waiting from years. If she continue to do the same, the programs TRP ratings will definitely go higher and higher.

What's cooking between Shweta-Marc?

After the exit of IshQ Bector, looks like two women in the camp have a soft corner for Marc. Mona confessed in the confession room that she thinks Chetan and Aakashh are hardcore but Marc, seems like he would have never done this kind of work in his life.
She feels bad and her heart goes out to him' she has even gone to the extent of helping him clean his vessels. Also, Ms. Shweta Tiwari waited to go for a shower until Marc returned from his task. Incidentally she was the only one who jumped and hugged him tight after he came back victorious from his task.

Yes, that's what the remaining nine celebrities are requesting on Iss jungle se mujhe bachao. The latest news on the show is that all the contestants on the show except Shweta Tiwari and Palak have run away from the jungle in Malaysia and the shoot has been put on hold.

Though such 'breaking news' are not very surprising on reality shows. When a show fails to register great ratings the creative team thinks of various means to bring in the viewers. And in all probability this could be a gimmick to rake in the required TRPs. The reason that is being offered for the abandonment is that the celebs on the show are scared of the tough tasks and also cannot take the extreme life of the forest.

Says a source, "A few hours ago all the contestants except Palak and Shweta have run away from the sets and denied to go ahead with the shoot. They are complaining of the tough tasks and the intolerable life in the forest."

Says another source, "Though the contestants were aware of the deadly tasks in the show they still chose to run away and said a big 'No' to these assignments. They are in the jungle but have left the sets and also denied to shoot further. It seems that only Palak and Shweta are the two brave hearts in the show who are ready to continue with the shoot."

If readers recall a similar thing had happened almost a year back in Bigg Boss 2 when the show's ratings had stagnated. The inmates had scaled the wall and tried to flee from the house. But soon they returned to continue with the reality show.

The last we heard on Iss jungle ...participants is that officials of the channel were trying to convince them and that the shoot was still on hold.

Reality gets real, as the reality shows get too harsh to survive. Celebrities who dared to challenge the jungle laws have finally given up.

Except for Palak and Fiza, all the contestants of 'Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao' have quit the show. Ishq Bector informs, "Akashdeep Sehgal has recently done a task in which he had to put his head in a bubble filled-with insects and reptiles. He was bitten by one of the insect and his face has got swollen and that has scared the rest of the contestants."

Well that sure does seem to be a reason to be scared of, as actors are paid for their face-value!

Before entering the show all of them very well knew that they would have to deal with hard-hitting tasks. They all made heroic entry in the show with clichd dare lines and tall claims, but now it looks like the superficial has taken over, as the celebs fall apart like a house of cards. "Aakaash and rest who have quit the show are very strong contestants so if they have come down to protest, it must have been something really brutal," adds the ousted contestant.

It is easy to make an adventurous show by hiking up price money and beef up the task to create a thrill amongst the audience, but from where will they buy guts?

As per our sources, "Negar entry is going to be a dhamaka for viewers as well as our contestants who are unaware about it."

"Earlier we could not get Negar in the show due to her visa problem but now the matter has been sorted out and she is all set to enter the Malaysian Jungle. Definitely with her in the show there will be a lot of drama and kit-pit amongst the contestants," adds the source.

Wow this is going to be more entertaining than the tasks the participants do. So hold your breath as she charms and shows her moves in the show…

Marc's Shocking Revelation!

Just when we thought no one on Sony Entertainment Television's reality show Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao could beat Palak and Fiza when it comes to controversies, Marc has managed to do just that!

After the explosive news of about seven contestants walking out of the show, the latest revelation of Marc Robinson, one of the contestants on Sony Entertainment Television's reality show Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao comes through to prove that unexpected is what you can expect of life, or reality shows to be more specific.

According to our source, "Marc has confessed to have had a live-in relationship with Preity Zinta! Marc also said that the relationship lasted for about two years until they separated." The source further adds, "The relationship reached a dead-end as Marc and Preity's lifestyles were completely different. And both of them being people of strong identities understandably must have stood their grounds, unable to reach a compromise."

Even presently Preity and Marc's life are as different as it can be. Preity is getting over her broken relationship with Ness Wadia and Marc is happily married to model Walushca D'Souza with whom he has two kids.

Well, this ought to be the best of revelations to have happened in the jungles of Malaysia!!

Negar Khan the wild entrant on Iss Jungle Se….

Now that issues have been sorted out and the celebs have returned to the jungle, Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao will now see some more action. The show will now have the mercury rise as the burning hot Negar Khan is all set to enter the jungle. Our sources from the show inform us that the model will make a wild card entry in the show. It is also buzzed that the item girl has already reached the forest in Malaysia.

Informs our source, "Negar Khan was always on-board but couldn't accompany the unit earlier due to her visa problem. But now things have been sorted out after the channel's intervention. She has reached the jungles and is all geared up to doing the gory tasks on the show."

Talking about the fleeing contestants, our source says, "There were certain issues related to the tasks and the kind of food that they were given but now those issues have been ironed out. The contestants are going to do the show and things would be as smooth as they were earlier."

We sent a text message to Programming Head Gurdeep Bhangoo but he didn't revert.

Hope Negar's entry does not give rise to any jungle fire!

Negar Khan to enter the jungles next week...

Iss Jungle will be getting a new contestant next week in Negar Khan. Also outraged contestants are back on the show after having laid their terms and conditions to the officials...

Telly Buzz had earlier reported that Negar Khan is all set to be in the jungles of Malaysia as contestant of Sony's Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao. But luck did not favor her then, as she could not move out due to visa problems.

According to our source, "Negar has sorted out all the problems now, and is geared up to take part in the show. She will enter the jungles as wild card entry next week. Few more celebrities are expected to enter the show as contestants later on".

Well, coming back to the big fiasco of outraged contestants packing their bags to get out of the jungle, our source says, "The 7 celebrities – Chetan, Mona, Shweta, March, Aakashh, Anaida and Aman have now returned to the camp. Things are well under control now, but not after the production house and channel accepted to certain demands put forward by contestants. The contestants had complaints about the quality of food they were getting. Aakashh had actually specified that he had lost weight and muscles because of the low quality food devoid of protein and salt. Also, the contestants who found it tough to clean the toilets have now made it very clear that they will not be doing so, and need someone to regularly tidy the toilets. The contestants have now given it a second thought to calling it quits, and have indicated to the team that they will wait and watch for the changes to be implemented, and will make a review after few days".

It looks as though the tables are turned, and the onus is now on the producers and officials rather than the contestants!!

Ishq Bector is the latest contestant on Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao to be eliminated. The singer thinks the main reason for this is that he not a well-known face.
"Most of contestants like Akashh, Mona, Shweta and Chetan are popular faces on TV. I am very new here – I have just three songs to my name – so I got fewer votes. But I do not have any regrets. I think it was the right time and a great show to do. I made lots of friends; it was an amazing journey and I learnt a lot about human nature. Being in a jungle was getting back to nature, this was the base of our community, seeing how people made food, how they survived."

Ishq also thinks he lost out because he could not create controversies. "Some people need attention, so they keep on fighting. But they do not understand that these things do not last long, people ultimately do not vote for such people. That is the other reason why I didn't get many votes. I am not that kind of person; I am here to spread love." Ishq hopes to get back into the show in the wild card round. "It was a wonderful experience and I want to go back. I hope my fans will bombard the channel and asked for me to come back."

His least favourite person on the show is Fiza. "She does not have any character. I'm sure she won't stay on for long, because, in the end, love always wins. I want my buddies Akashh, Aman, Mona, Shweta, and Chetan to win. I will follow the show and vote for them."

Though Ishq misses the jungle, he is now focussed on his next album, which will release in September.
