4- and why OmRu hate for Shivaay is not justified ? How they are selfish if they want to protect their family from a bad person ? Why all the blame if they don't know the truth ?

The problem is ,they are not ready to see the fact in the view of OmRu and Shivaay.

According to somebodies, Shivaay sacrificed so many things in his life including his 5 five years jail life and property...etc.. So he must be allowed to kill anybody of Oberoi family without raising any questions. The reason for the murder should be invented by themselves only or they should take the murder easy .
1. Who is the owner of Oberoi empires.(after REDUX) What was the basic source of Oberoi business.?.If it is the family property ,the 50 percent share for OMru is their right not Shivaay's option.. Normally in an united family , the elder brother takes over the incharge of business after the elders. Or the eligible person of the family is selected for this position by the elders. It will never be considered as a sacrifice of him. It may be considered the other family members sacrifice their rights for him. . . If the elder brother does not have the interest in the business , some other of this family take over it. It is a common fact. He did THIS for them and he did THAT for them are the useless topics in an united family.. Once someone takes all the responsibilities of the business he should do all the things to improve the business at the same time he should give the equal shares to the other family according to the number of members.
2. If the basic source of Oberoi business was the Shivaay's only or Now the whole property belongs with Shivaay only , definitely the 50 percent share for OmRu can be considered as a sacrifice one.
PS I have written the common facts which can be orientated with Oberoi family.. I used the word 'If'' also.
