Part 1: Unexpected!

Hey guys this story is based on current track means it's a leap story it's consist on two shorts.

So this began from Shivaye have come back from jail. In this part you'll read how Annika manage to live alone for 5 long years with out him so stay tuned .

Omkara angrily barged in to Oberoi Mansion with cold face, Eyes boiling with anger. He looked at Shivaye who was watching him in confused state, estimating what have gone happened this time!?

Gauri sensed the situation and tried to calm him down as she could.
Omkara g Are you fine? Is there anything bothering you! Tell me,Gauri smiled to sooth his husband.

Omkara pointed his finger at Shivaye.
This Man! This Man was bothering me...he paused, before he added.

But now his so called wife who called her self Annika Shivaye Singh Oberoi is hell bothering me He said almost loud as he could to reach till every ear around him.
That Anika Shivaye Singh Oberoi again snatched deal from me! He pressed every word.
First this guy who I used to call my brother my father murderer and now his wife is destroying Tej industries so yarely. They both are my father's enemies, He pointed his index finger at him.

On the day of Tej's death oberois share transferred to Shivaye but he sent to jail. After that Omkara and Rudra decided to stood on their on legs and opened Tej industry and end start destroying oberois Industry. In the beginning Omru was doing very well!
On the other hand Anika couldn't get herself back from the shock, what just happened, her life took a huge turn. She couldn't believe that Shivaye could murder anyone.
Her heart was screaming with pain, for her Shivaye. Her heart and mind was on the same way and telling her a big "No. No... Shivaye couldn't murder anyone specially from his own family his family is his heaven.
Secondly, if he had murder his uncle then there's must be any reason!
After he went to jail she was completely alone. Her sister got blind in love didn't care to listen her and married to Omkara. She didn't have anyone to whom she could share anything. And oberois industry was also going in loss.
But in this phase a man,a true friend, should say came infront of her and helped her to moved on.
Mam! She heard a voice. She looked at the doughty man stood infront of her. She then flung her head down and sighed, it's been months since anyone talk to her. She again looked at Khanna teary eyed and slightly smile.

Mam four months have passed since you're there in same condition. Believe me you're my Boss's wife my heart grieved thousand times seeing you like this, so helpless.

So what? She whispers. She closed her eyes listening her own voice. She don't know when she talked last time,then she remember when she was shouting that her Shivaye is innocent, when she was shouting and trying to make everyone believe on his husband innocence, shouting on his husband that why he's doing to her all this!

I'm helpless she replied not meeting her eyes.
No you're not Mam! After Shivaye sir all shares is yours. You've all the power even this house is yours where those people who behave to you like a stranger are living in it! They have no righ..

What is this? She asked and opened the rolled paper with trembling hands.
Shivaye sir have transferred all his share to you. Now oberois industry is your responsibility.
When he signed these papers..
I went to meet him few days ago...
She jumped out from her bed. Listening something about is like someone blow a new soul inside her body.
He is fine? She asked impatiently with the smile on her face.
It's been four Months she did not meet to him. He doesn't want her to meet in jail may be due to he can't face her tears who are continuously flowing for him or may be in shame.

He is fine.. He lied masteresly. He's habitual of all these now. Now you should also not sit here.

Annika smiled genuinely she wiped her tears and pick the paper from the bed.

5 years have passed Shivaye have come back from the jail. He didn't know what's happenings out side of the world. He even didn't know Annika have become a successful businesses women more then him. He didn't expect her this avatar.
There was days when usually in news he used to listen his name as popular business man Shivaye Singh Oberoi every where but now his wife took his place. He sighed what he can do!

After Annika stand herself up it was not easy for her but Shivaye staff helped her alot specially Mishra and khanna. These two helped her alot in these five years.

Now Tej industry was falling down and opposite with Oberois industry, flourishing with a new day . That was making Omkara and Rudra extremely jealous.
In the Shivaye absence they used to bash Annika but Annika didn't reply them back. Just because they are Shivaye family he loves them so she also loves them and respect them.

Annika was in her cabin sat on the rolling chair , lost in deep thoughts. It's been a week since Shivaye have come out from the jail. When she picked him from the police station she thought she wouldn't control her emotions and hug him immediately when she would see his face.
But when he came out he didn't even look at her not a single time. That heart her more.
Not he even asked about how is she? How she face the world for 5 long years, instead he silently walked up to the car sat inside.
That hurt her more but in these years she has used to it so she didn't mind it. Since one week they did not talk so much.
She estimated that may be Shivaye is embarrassed , may be he regret to leave her alone. After all this "may be she was just luring her to calm the fire inside her , in reality she was confused!
She then received a call from unknowns number.
She picked it up.
She heard a man voice " Bechara Shivaye os ne os jurm ki saza Kati Jo os ne Kabhi Kiya hi nai and the call end with the devilish laughter.
She jerked, what that means. She again tried to call but that number was off! She get short of breath. She closed her eyes and remember that day when everyone was accusing him for murder and he was silent that bloody silence still pinched her heart.
Her anger get suddenly rose remember that day that man only cares about his family not her.
It was late night she took that call as prank and decided not to think about it any more.

She then sat in the car , start the engine and drove to Oberoi Mansion.
But reached home with 2 people who was holding her from arms, helping her.
Shivaye immediately came there. He cupped her face what happened, she didn't reply and move her face on the other side not to show her tears to him.
He then asked to people,who was helping her..
Actually her car got out of control and hit the tree. Luckily she got save.
Shivaye joined his hand to people and whispered a Thanks to them and they went from there.
Can't you drive safely you mad girl! If something happened you then?? His eyes got teary while he kept shouting at her.
Why are you not replying!?he jerked her but she still sat numb. It's like someone suck out her soul. She was looking pale may be she get scared after the accident.

So here's "Mrs gold digger Singh Oberoi Rudar came there mocking at her. Tell me what you want more. Please don't waste your time and snatch all the foreign deals to destroy us like your so called husband did.

She closed her eyes. She can't get weak, that should be end. She bear this alot but now. She can't keep mum! Suddenly she got up from the sofa and looked at him. As you say Rudar I'll take all the deals don't worry. And I'll destroy Tej industry very soon.

Rudar get shocked getting a reply from her it's been years they used to taunt her but she never reply then suddenly her this out burst.. He couldn't manage to think properly.

Om came at the same time. Why don't you both leave us! What you want more. He shouted.
I can't see this man, my father murderer at my home. I want you both get out from here right now.

Shivaye looked at his brothers.

Annika was about to give her Khidkitod reply to him but then he saw Shivaye and what he did bunt her in shock.

He went to them he sat on the floor touched his both brothers feet.

They didn't listen him and pushed him with full force. He fell lil distance away.
Annika screamed his name and went to him limping. Why are you apologizing? You didn't do anything. She looked at his unkind brother and gritted her teeth.

Well Shivaye was witnessing strange Annika today. Her eyes was blood due to. She's looking new today more braver then before.

In there room Shivaye barged inside Their room he twisted her injured arm and in response she hissed in pain.
Why are you doing this. Why you called your self the owner of oberois industry. You don't have a single share of it.
Annika smirked have you got mad you transfer your all shares to me. Why are you even saying this. She shoved her hand. Khanna gave me those paper you signed. I think in these 5 years you've got a short memory.
Then something clicked in his mind Shivaye remember mind.

Khanna shook his head " how she should be? He replied his question with question and went from there..

Annika looked at him with shocked. You didn't signed those papers? She whispered.

She opens her eyes wide and looked around Khanna g Kahan ha.. she hold her hairs tightly. Khanna g!!! She shouts

Nothing I've to discuss about some meetings with him.

Khanna g tell me truth?

What happened that day?
What are you talking about?

Annika Mam I told you Shivaye sir gave me his swear I can't disclose it I'm sorry.

Today.. when I was coming home I saw him.. she gulped hardly.
He is alive she said with teary eyed.
Whom? He asked not getting her then he looked in her eyes he can see light of fear in them.

She nodded, today I received a call and a person said that Shivaye did nothing, any crime he is innocent. And today when I was coming to home and he came infront of my car I couldn't believe in my eyes in this I reached so near to him I was almost about to hit him, to save him my car got unbalanced. And i faced that accident..
She sighed today she have to Know about all this. She wants to end this topic.
Tell me what happened that day Khanna g please..
I don't know I just saw them having argument and suddenly he shoot him. But if he shoot him then how..

Khanna gulped hard and closed his eyes expecting her out burst but thankfully she didn't!

If he's alive then why he didn't come infront of us she went in thoughts.
Khanna looked at her from the corner of his eyes if I told her then her life will go in danger I can't do this.
Mam you shouldn't think about it much. You need to do rest. You're already injured.

The day were passing gradually, she tried hard to open secret from Khanna about the day of murder but Khanna was unbendable. He can't break his boss promise. That prove his honesty and faith to his boss and on his duty.

After that day she didn't receive any call and nor saw Tej. Now she was thinking it might be her part of imagination and nothing else!
Her relation with Shivaye was still cold. They live in one room but still like a stranger. They sleep on a bed but it's like they are laying mile distance away from each other. They don't share a piece of smile to each other. If I say the thing was getting bad day by day between them then it'll not wrong!.

According to Annika she thought he don't have any soft corner for her after moving out he has also become a devoid prisoner who don't have heart. Or may be he doesn't want to stand on his words and still there relationship like a boss and a mistress and nothing else. This thought make her heart sank but she don't let her tears to flow now she can't be weak... No! she tried to console her self and preety succeeded.

The next morning all were sat on the dinning table for the breakfast after years together. Omru didn't leave a chance to take a dig at both of them and they (Anika and Shivaye) but they simply ignored.
Annika was drinking juice then her phone Start beeping. The same number. She picked it up!

H..ello! Her voice lil trembled.
In response she get a devilish laughter like the first call. Her eyes got wide with sudden shock, choked What every she had in her mouth and started coughing badly. She managed to keep calm in a second..

Every one was noticing her behaviour. Her face was getting pale. Her phone was still at her ear.

Annika beta.. she heard
Her eyes shoot open Again her body got numb. She looked around in the same state and tried to compose herself as soon as possible.

Te..she tried to speak
A..aa no no don't even dare to take my name. If you want to save lives sitting around you! He smirked.
She shut her mouth and looked at Khanna who was stood beside her. His expression telling her that he's aware what is happening right now.

If you want to know that why Shivaye tried to kill me and why and how I got saved then just come at the old construction place of Oberois will you meet you there..

Annika! Are you fine. Shivaye asked getting anxious.
She nodded and took a sip of juice and gulped it hardly.

She reached in the office straight to meeting room and then back to her cabin she tried to keep normal as much as she can.

Mam Khanna entered in the cabin.

She sighed looking at him.

She nodded.. he called me at old construction place of Oberois to meet him. She sighed.

Khanna looked at her, Her eyes was showing spark that mean she'll definitely go there..

In these five years Khanna have known her very well her all actions, he can said what is playing in her mind. He knew she's very adamant on every issue.
He decided to keep mum and went from there.


In the evening she came out from the cabin and she collided with Khanna. Who was intentional come infront of her.
Khanna g why did you block my way.she asked irritated.

Annika sighed , shook her head and smirked ok let's go.

They both reached Oberoi Mansion. Annika went to her room for fresh up. She reached her room she can see Khanna was following her. There's must be something to Khanna is this worried but she have to know the truth she can't wait any more.

She closed the room on the shower button and opened the Amirah she tied the clothes and manage to run from her room through window she sat in the car and went to know the answers of her all questions.

Khanna was waiting for her outside he waited for 15 minutes he knocked the door but not getting any answer.

Khanna then slapped his forehead. It's been five years he knows her then why he forgot that she has done masters in running out from the room..
Khanna once again hit the room door with all his might. His eye got wide she ran!
Annika mam He shouted and run he was going downstairs he accidentally got hit with Shivaye.

What happened he ask getting worried.
Annika mam.. Anika mam life is in danger he whispered.

Shivaye eyes poped open thin layer of water Start forming in his eyes. The fear to loss the most lovable person in his life jingled him from inside. Suddenly he felt his knees getting weak. He stumbled on his legs. But thankfully Khanna was there like always to support him.
What! He managed to whisper.
We have not time sir. Annika mam need you, need us..

That make Shivaye again turned to strong from a weak person. he run from there followed by khanna.
Gauri was listening thier conversation. she stumbled on feet ...Di she merely whispered.
Annikaaa shivaye screamed her name. He closed his eyes for a mere second and regret! He should talk to her he was regretting his behaviour towards her and if something happen to her then he can't ever forgive himself never! He ran downstairs still screaming her name followed by khanna.
Omkara and Rudra saw them running out of the home.
They looked at each other in confuse state. In these five years yes the human Inside their heart died but still there was lil space of love in it which was taking its last breath they nodes their heads and decided to follow them.

Kkya hoa Annika Di ko Gauri asked worried while tears of shame and regret was on their way.

Nothing.. we're going Omkara tried to calm her down and glanced at Bhavya to take care of his wife and then they both went and started follow Shivaye's car.
Bhavya if anything happens to Di then I'll never forgive myself.she cried.
But all of sudden what is happening around I think there's something serious I should follow them. I'm going with you. Bhavya sighed if she would say no to her it's all waste of the time.ok I'm calling police too.



Shivaye was on the driving seat, driving the car of the speed of bullet train followed by Omru car and Their car followed by Gauri and Bhavya.

Shivaye was driving towards the construction site, Khanna told him about the place. Why she went there? The question was nimbling in his mind.
To know the answers of all questions which was hidden from her from past 5 years! He replied flung his head.

Shivaye looked at Khanna " what!

He nodded.

He increased the speed By listening this.. but but who'll tell her? Who can tell her except you! There's no one except you, I and him he gulped thinking about ten and that incident.

Khanna looked at him with teary eyes. You're innocent. You did nothing that day. It was all planned, his plan he whispered while gritted his teeth.

Shivaye looked straight trying to concentrate on driving but was disturbing miserably by khanna.
What are you trying to say damn it!! Shivaye screamed.

Khanna find better to keep mum. You just go to construction site you'll get to know everything.
Trio car was running towards the oberois construction place.

Shivaye car reached there followed by omru along bhaya and Gauri Shivaye get shocked to saw Al of them here.
I think we shouldn't waste our time Khanna break the silence around.


Annika with sweaty head went inside it was dark but still she managed to took control her fear and start walking. She then saw a ray of light hitting her face on the right side. She looked at the direction the place covered with empty box she went towards it.

On the other hand all went inside silently Shivaye was about to scream her name but Khanna shushed him by saying that it may get danger. They silently walking looking around but saw nothing.
I think they both husband and wife are planning to waste our time Rudar said irritated.

Till then they saw a bulb lightening then the looked around they noticed the room of box was there and bulb was shining on them. They silently went there...

Inside the room box Annika entered inside she looked around he saw two men which looking like goons stood around his boss which was resting on his chair with his back facing her. And a women who was there back facing her.
She gulped " Mein agaye she informed them about her presence.

Again that devilish laughter start jarring in her ears.
Then slowly slowly.. the rolling chair roll towards her.
On the other hand all the oberois were witnessing what's happening inside.

There he was still laughing Mr. Tej Oberoi were on the chair laughing at her, laughing at her fate, laughing at her destiny and what shock more jhanvi also stood beside her with her husband..

Dad.. Rudy whisper shocked then Khanna shushed him all the Oberois get in shocked state can't believe on her eyes. Om and Rudra looked towards Shivaye whose expression was not less different then them.
The day of murder was coming infront of his eyes it can't possible! He gulped.

So Annika.. tej voice get her back.
Annika looked towards him with teary eyed.

Uncle.. ap zinda ha os din.. she was happy to see him. She was happy to know that her Shivaye was innocent. She was happy that she didn't believe on world accuses and didn't stop believing Shivaye.

That was my and jhanvi helped me. He said crooking his brow like he conquest the whole world.

Annika gulped why did you do that her eyes weld up.

Tej smirked, we don't like Shivaye. We don't like our son love him more. We hate when he took decision of others. We hate he's more successful and more able then our sons.

So we make a plan and caged Shivaye in it. I was threatening him to transfer all his shares to me otherwise I'll kill Om and Rudar and that poor guy killed to save his brothers he laughed.

I was wearing bullet proof jacket and transfer the remaining share to him so my son start hate him and we are successful not? He laughed again on his victory.
Annika flung his head down trying to digest the reality.

He's so innocent like his parents,so innocent he repeated.
I create miss understandings between his parents and they were helpless, helpless and they took each other life and all property transfer to me..

You done all this for property? Annika asked Still want to asked from him.

Property is life, wealth all this is life.i can kill anyone for money.
Annika looked at him with her piercing eyes. Greediness was flowing down from them. No shame, no shame for his deeds just hunger for money. She was feeling disgusting at that time.

Unknown to both the whole oberois were witnessing this scene Omru was feeling regret and ashamed at the same time. Shame that they are the sons of that father who can kill them for just money on the other hand Shivaye eyes were showing love and proud he didn't know what he's has done past why he got this kind of life partner as her wife..

Signed those papers nowww he said grabbing her cheeks inside.
Ahhh.. She cried in pain
Shivaye didn't take any more and was about to jump inside .
Rukiye bhaiya Bhavya stopped him it's dangerous police is coming soon.she whispered.

Tej looked at her and smirked.
It's been 5 years you and Shivaye is married... But he still couldn't fullfil your desires tej grinned.
Let me fullfil your last wish.. I'll not kill you from the bullet. They'll tear up your body with their sexual desires. He laughed and stopped you're still not signing the papers. He asked for the last.

Her eyes weld up "No she replied

Tej what are you doing jhanvi tried to stop him being a women she can understand. But tej just showed her gun and ordered her to keep her mouth shut!.

On the other hand the two were coming like a hungry beasts they both were checking out her while Annika was trying hard to cover her self.

Goons tried to pull her dubatta but a hand stopped him. He looked a the direction and witnessed the great Shivaye Singh Oberoi was there with his red mad eyes.
He couldn't think more he got a hard punch and he straight landed miles away how dare to even saw Shivaye Singh oberoi's wife he punched the other one with his all might how dare to touch her!! He screamed

And he fell on the ground gripping his hot injured cheek and both run from there.

Annika... Shivaye shouted and got a hold of her and hugged her tight as his life dependent on it. Yes his life depends on hers. She's his life he discovered just now.

On the other hand Omru snatch the gun from tej and pointed towards him . Their eyes was showing anger hate for their father instead of love.

Annika slightly opened her eyes and witnessed the scene exactly five years ago it was Shivaye who was pointing his gun towards her uncle but now his son take place of him.

Still this mad person is greedy. His eyes don't even showing just a drop of shame

I hate you Mr. Tej Singh Oberoi the both son said while tears of regrets dripping from their eyes. Now I'll not leave you. " Jo Kam Shivaye Nahi Ker paya wo mein Karun ga he gritted his teeth.

He was about to press the revolver but Bhavya stopped him bhaiya nahi... Kya ap chahty hai k k Gauri Bhabhi b wese suffer karein jese Annika bhabi kerti rahi. She tried to console him.

Police is coming they'll handle him. Om looked at his wife who was pleading him.

Omkara and Rudar sighed and having tears of regret in their looked towards their brother, their God, their everything! who was holding his wife and trembling in fear to loss her..

Finally police came throw tej inside the police mobile. Whole Oberois were witnessing this harsh scene all were sad except Annika. She was happy, happy to get justice . Exactly five years ago when Shivaye was going like this there was no one beside her, Not a single person and after five years the history repeated now everyone was standing by her side to support her.

After the police mobile getting haze from the sight Annika sighed.
She realized Shivaye's arms still caging her by her waist. She cleared her throat getting out of his old which shocked Shivaye pretty well. She started walking from there..

Di.. Gauri tried to call her.
She stopped a tear of drop fell from her eyes. She Didn't turn back, went from there.

Ann...nika Shivaye tried to stop her but she kept walking sat in the car and drove away. Annika Shivaye whimper her name..

Omru kept their hands on Shivaye's should and immediately hugged him.

I'm sorry bhaiya... Sorry we were so mad that we can't even thought that you can't do anything bad I'm sorry Rudar cried like a child .
On the other hand Om condition was not normal he's was also crying for apology.

Shhh you don't have to apologize, shh stop crying right now, he patted their shivering backs..
They again looked at their angelic brother and hugged him again.. tears of shame in their eyes, smile of happiness on their lips for getting their brother back..
