The Story Continues after the Forced Marriage.

Shivaay Singh Oberoi gets a girl of a reputed family to get married to him to save his family's and his reputation, when his bride ran away. He promises to favour the business family in return. The girl, Richa was against this marriage stunt. Anika, Shivaay's wedding planner now more like a part of the Oberoi family, comes to know about Shivaay's arrangement. She chides him and let's Richa go, more encourages her to live her life on her terms.

When Shivaay Singh Oberoi comes to know about his sabotaged arrangement. He is frantic and scolds Anika.She chides Shivaay. Shivaay who believes Anika to be a woman who would sleep with a man, specifically his friend Daksh, for a one night stand, hurls accusations at her. A furious Anika slaps him and accuses him of being a ruthless man who believes he can buy anything, and can say whatever he likes.

An enraged Shivaay manhandles Anika and asks her to marry him as she let Richa go.

A shocked and broken Anika isn't able to believe he is the man she thought she loved.

Anika tried to runaway but is cornered by Shivaay. He blackmails her using her brother Saahil. Anika has no other option but to follow his commands. Anika is married to Shivaay but no one knows she is the person below the veil and not Tia.

That night,when Shivaay escorts Anika down the stairs to the gate of the mansion he is confronted by the family. The family is upset and Pinky insults Anika and sends her back to her house.

But the following day Daadi takes Shivaay to Anika's house and asks her to come back. An adamant Shivaay follows Daadi's order, but maintains his ice with Anika.

For the sake of Daadi Anika goes back. Daadi tells her about marriage and its meaning. Anika is put into a dilemma. At one hand she hates him on the other hand she loves the family and is determined to accept marriage and its responsibility. Daadi in the meanwhile arranges Saahil to stay in the boarding school he dreamed of, which Anika could never pay for. Anika is grateful for Daadi's help, Daadi tells her how she always wanted her to be an Oberoi Bahu. In the meanwhile, Shivaay gets the divorce papers prepared.

During an after marriage ritual, Shivaay gives Anika the divorce papers, the family is shocked. Anika is hurt and feels insulted at his behavior ever since the marriage.

Omkara and Rudra appear with a gift for their brother. They show the entire family a CCTV footage of what happened at the farm house. The family is shocked to see their eldest son behave ruthlessly with Anika. The family is upset and Pinky broken at her upbringing. The brothers are ashamed of Shivaay as well.

The next morning comes with a surprise for Shivaay, the family has accepted Anika as the eldest Oberoi daughter-in-law.

Daadi tells Shivaay to embrace his responsibility and correct what he spoilt.

No one talks to Shivaay including Anika. But Anika has his family's love, as though her very own.

What will Shivaay do?

Will he accept this marriage?

This will mostly be far from reality and like I said filled with rawness. (As of now where my thinking goes).

"Anika,dear, have some more bhindi!" Pinky lovingly offered Anika.

(Bhindi is lady's finger)

"Aunty.Thank you. But I don't like bhindi." Anika looked at the older woman apologetically.

"No problem, I am sorry, I did not know. Don't worry I'll learn slowly. How about some potatoes? " Pinky offered.

Anika smiled and took it. The love she was being showered upon was nothing less than blessings raining on her. She reminded herself, this was the way of family paying for what their son did.

Shivaay silently ate his dinner, almost isolated. His mother did not even care to offer him the bhindi which he loved. None looked at him or even spoke. All attention was focussed on Anika. After all she had been the victim. He would have had felt the guilt for what he did, seeing his family's disappointment. But the fact that they simply diverted his share of love to her did not go well with the blue blooded son.

He occasionally, gave her glares which she very nonchalantly ignored. Finishing his dinner, he left the place. Quite unlike him. He would always wait until every member of the family finished eating.

She was unsure of what was to come, as she entered his room. She felt disgusted at times. But a part of her remembered Daadi's words about marriage and being another half of a soul. She had craved for someone to be her soulmate. Did marriage mark two soulmates? She pondered endlessly when she saw the nuptial chain around her neck and the vermilion on her head. Then followed the rushing memories of being forced. She was left standing with one foot in one boat and the other in another. She had to take her time and decide. But, her mind was always clouded, the clear sky wasn't the climate's call.

She peeped around. Daadi had made her literally claim his wardrobe and put her clothes there. She opened the cupboard and pulled out one of those simple dresses. The family had been over caring after knowing the truth. Especially the mother. She took care to see that Anika was comfortable. Anika knew that this one fact did not go well with her husband, The Oberoi!

The brothers also looked at her with apology written faces. Prinku had been so sorry for dragging her to her family at the first place. She blamed herself and every sentence was followed by a Sorry. She told each one of them, the same thing. She did not want the marriage to be mentioned. The others thought it was for the family's son's sake she said that. Obviously not. Damn, was he the only one affected or facing consequences? She felt terrible too, at the mention of it. When the person she took to be close to her Prince Charming turned the Beast of her life. Yes Anika, he is the beast, maybe your story is that of Beauty and The Beast. You need to get back the Prince Charming! A part of her screamed to her.

Penny to your thoughts Anika. The man literally manhandled you, almost blew up your brother, killed all the self respect you had and had chained you down here. You still think there is a chance? The other part argued.

Chained down? Isn't that what the beast did?

She closed her eyes. The debate in her head was on ever since the night of the wedding. She felt bad that still a little of her had soft feelings for him. The thing they had in between them was unexplainable. But whatever it was, she could not wipe away clean like he did. She still couldn't believe the same man she lied for and put her dignity at stake to save from being accused for a murder was the one who had mercilessly accused her and called her characterless. How could he think she would spend a night with Daksh? That too for, for money?

"Oh please put down this mask. I haven't seen a woman as characterless as you! In my house, you spent a night with my friend for money? You went out for a very small amount Anika!"

How could he say so? Tears threatened to appear in her eyes when a sound brought her out of her stance.

She hadn't heard him shut the door nor had she heard him approach her. Her senses worked only when he shut the door of the cupboard.

"What will you take to leave?"

She blinked, clearly baffled.

He repeated his sentence, his face threateningly close to hers. "Tell me how much!" He added impatiently.

She glared it his scowling eyes. "You can't buy me Mr. Oberoi. Have told you that more than once."

He grabbed her shoulders, and pushed her against the cupboard. Clothes she held in her hand slipped down her hands just as her life had.

"The amount?" He glared daggers at her.

"Leave me." She shot back.

"Exactly!" He threw back.

"I will do as I please. You did what you liked. It's my turn now. See how I make your life hell. If my staying here does that, I will stay here until that." She said in a cold voice.

He felt the chill. Was it that warm Anika he knew? Who had he known? A stranger. Her colors came up slowly. The real ones. Percase, his first judgment about her was right. A middle class gold digger.

"Take your hands off me." she commanded. Statement gave away too much. He pulled her closer.

She gasped. "If you don't sign the divorce papers tomorrow.."

"I won't!" She raised her voice, struggling in his hold. She hadn't even a clue what he would say after that. But, one thing was sure. She would do nothing, he wanted her to do. She would not comply to his stupid commands. Now that she knew he couldn't harm her brother, she certainly would not.

"Then face the consequences of being tagged mine!" His shrill whisper sent shivers down her spine. He walked away, asking her to take the poolside couch. He was not willing to share his bed with her.

Staring at him with fury, she promised herself to make him taste the pain once. The pain that was throbbing her every nerve.

She slipped inside the room. The cold was not allowing her to sleep. She peeped at him. He was lying down with a frame in his hand. She tilted her head, it was a family photo. Guilt ate her. She was the reason why, he man was isolated by his loving family. She knew what his family meant to him. Another part of her chided her. It was he who was responsible. He had done wrong. But did that make her right before herself? She closed her eyes and slept on the couch inside.

He shot his eyes open a few minutes later. Sleep was away. He had seen her come inside. Oh when had he become so ruthless? He always was. But she hadn't wronged him in any way. She was not committed to him. In fact she was anyways marrying Daksh. But wait, hadn't Daksh said he won't marry her and would dump her on the marriage day? He did leaving for Delhi. But wasn't she aware ? Was she okay with that? Questions still loomed in his head.

She had not wronged him then. But she had now, by snatching the love of his family from him. A whisper inside his head was trying to tell him the truth. He refused to listen. He wanted to fight her for all the pain he felt. Pain? Why?

No, he didn't love her. No. She was no one to him. There was nothing between them. Still he hated her for what she did.

Was happy to see people waiting for this. The updates for this one won't be frequent.(As of now). Will try once or twice a week, hope that's okay?
