Annika as a character is much more developed in story.. May be because she had her own track running in background (evil Bua and sahil) Even now she has her own track, like she still addresses her in laws as aunt and uncle other than Shakti. Like she didn't accept the last name of her husband until recently.. Yes after marriage her life revolves around shivay but she still has character and strength.. Where as rivya's sole purpose in the story depends on omru.. Annika is three dimensional character where as gauri and bhavya are two dimensional.. Yes they do have a background story but not explored much.. Even in the background story it is copy paste of Annika's with different characters and scenarios.. So for the writer it is easier to write the dialogues for Annika since they know exactly what she will do in a given situations.. But gauri and bhavya she is not sure toh writer made them parrots..
