The kind of predominant power a successful actor has over the plot of the show/movie he has signed up for was what I realized after watching the episode today. The current track had me disappointed because of the numerous potential that the CVs just decided to ignore or failed to explore. and I think I'll stay disappointed until they consider taking the time and effort to see in depth the kind of wonders this show can do with such extraordinary casts and actually show it on the screen.

But keeping all that aside, I would like to salute Nakuul Mehta for making me overlook all that and be mesmerized by his powerful acting yet once again, in today's episode. And I'm saying this because it is probably one of the most difficult challenges an actor as blessed as him with such extraordinary talent can face to have so many loopholes in the storyline, yet, have the audiences gripped. And can I just say, he aced the challenge in today's episode.

started the episode with no high expectation, as I had been doing for the past 3 weeks. Came to this part: "Mere sabr ka baandh tooth gaya na, to sab kuch bhaga ke le jayega. Sab kuch matlab...Sab kuch"

And absolutely no exaggeration here, literally got goosebumps by the time he finished his sentence in his trademark cold crisp voice.

The complete stretch of scene from Shivay panicking for not having the money transferred, to venting out his frustration and anger on khanna, to getting the email and running down the stairs with breath caught in his throat, to finally declaring the final amount of Oberoi mansion , 500 cr that he knew no one would dare to surpass. And with that amount, not only did he claim back his mansion but also every bits and pieces of the house that they dared to auction off.

The fact that his eyes can reflect multiple emotions all at once never fails to amaze me. I saw fear for letting his Dadi's heart shatter infront of his eyes, I saw panic for having their brothers loose the place that treasured their childhood memories, I saw agony for almost having the roof snatched away from his family.

And these faces that held nothing but pride, love and respect for this man that has always been the pillar of strength for every member of Oberoi family - the great wall of SSO...

And finally the breath of sigh as he let his victory sink in. Victory of not having his family on the street, for getting back his dadi's life, for bringing back the smiles of his brothers, and for not letting his family down. He probably didn't even realize how long he had been holding his breath for until then and his knees wobbled as he finally lets himself free of the burden. Oh the relief on his face... :')

The forehead kiss that came as a silent thank you to HIS strength, his Anika, for being there for him through thick and thin, followed by the group hug.

The the light peck from probably the proudest wifey in the entire world who always has her heart ripped seeing her husband taking all the burden in the world, just to protect her and his family and the love that reflects in her eyes, and from her gestures for her man for all that he does...My eyes misted in this scene :')

This was a much needed post for making me overlook all the blander in the storyline and just focus on the 'Shivay' that Nakuul managed to bring out. Hats off to him for accepting and acing this challenge.

Dedication and Determination towards your passion is what sums up Nakuul Mehta.
Beautiful episode after a long time!

Ignoring the loopholes as big as the largest crater on moon --South Pole-Aitken Basin in the story line,we must join our hands and give Nakuul Mehta a standing ovation for portraying the great wall of Shivaay Singh Oberoi. He came through once again and saved his family, their pride. What a swag he showed while pushing Svetlana out of their home and life!

First and foremost tons and tons of thanks for making this post. What a splendour performance by NM today. I still have goosebumps by watching that scene and all tears in my eyes as if i am watching live of some real auction. The best i like is his voice modulation and emotion in the scene when he was sealing the final deal "500 crore ek, 500 crore do 500 crore teen" and then that ghanta. I already watched that scene multiple times. Salute to NM again.

Superb post! Nakuul was brilliant today in what was the climax of vanvaas track - no mean feat, especially when the audience is not happy with the script. Kudos to NM for a fab performance! 👏

Well said Mush!

From the moment he got the message about the transfer until the kiss from Anika, Shivaay went through a sea of emotions. His biggest fear almost came true today; his family to be left with nothing. One for one, their stuff were being auctioned in front of his eyes and he couldn't do anything. Each and every tear of his family members tore him apart and he just couldn't wipe them away.

And then, magically, his deal got finalized and the transfer got completed. He came, he won, he conquered and yet again Shivaay saved the day.

Wonderful portrayal of the thousand and one emotions by Nakuul. You really feel for him when he breaks down at such moments.

Having said this, and I don't want to ruin your positive post (after a long time), but I just have to say this: for once, I would have loved to see how Om would have saved the day. As much as I love Shivaay, it wouldn't harm his nor Om's character of for once the other brother stepped up and save the family.

Of course, the CVs are the only ones to be blamed for this. I bet all Omkara and Rikara fans would love to see that even the other brothers are of some other use than arguing with Mr. Oberoi. Won't look for logic at all, because that is a waste of time, but we all know that Om was and still is not penniless and that OSO is not to be messed with...

Please, my intentions are not to start some fight but I just shared my opinion which is okay :)

Awww... Such an awesome post 👏👏
There are many loopholes inconsistencies in the storyline but one of the reasons I still watch the show is SSO/Shivaay who is portrayed to perfection by Nakuul Mehta.👏👏👏

Since last few episodes, .having literally goose bumps with the drama and BGM and also his portrayal of SSO/Shivaay.😛

Today it's on another level...the drama, the act...I can't even put it in words...a full on paisa vasool episode 😊 with a repeat mode worth for lifetime😳

Awesome...fantastic... The way he comforts daadi, the way he talks to that auction guy with dialogue diction, his emotions while checking for funds, his worry and conviction to reach the auction point in time, the way he said 500cr amount to buy OM, most importantly "500cr ek, 500cr dho, 500 cr teen" and ting the bell rings, the way he portrayed how relaxed he is after winning the war, the tiredness shown in trembling after struggling alone on everyone's behalf, the way he hugged each and everyone in his family esp Obros and annika, and the way he showed the proof to svety and media, and finally showing svety out of OM...each and everything is so perfectly played by Nakuul Mehta.👏👏

He is class apart as an actor. Hats off to u Mr.Nakuul Mehta.😊

@Red: There was literally a flood of emotion when he was saying that, god!!! That and the sigh of relief he took by almost falling on his knees were the highlights of today's episode. Brilliantly pulled off

And awww...you're welcome, love! I'm happy myself that I'm able to make a positive post after so long. The episode came as a refresher undoubtedly 😳
