Gauri asked Omkara to get into the car and was going to open the door when she felt a grip on her hand..she turned and saw him looking at her with softness in his eyes..she never saw him so calm like this before..the not so pleasant conversation with his father was supposed to make him aggravated..but the man standing before her is seems to not even bother of whatever happened a few moments back..
Though they've been dating for months now, he was never malleable towards her..she was used to the stern and sharp gazes of him..and now the intensity is making her weak...
Gauri decided to open her mouth before she lose herself in those brown orbs..."You want to say something..??", she tried to hide the consciousness of her voice...
Omkara came out of his trance hearing her and shook his head in a no...
"Can't I just hold your hand..??", he asked confused with his own posture..he tried to read her face..it was something different..her cheeks were crimson red which he wasn't sure if he could name as blush..
Gauri calmed her loping heart and giggled to see a ConfusedKara..
"You can..after all eklaute boyfriend ho aap humare..", Gauri winked..
Omkara chuckled and pulled her closer taking her other hand in his.."Thanks for those words you said to Mr.Oberoi..."
"You don't need to thank me, Omkara...", she squeezed his hands and smiled wider..."Aab chalein..?? I don't wanna miss the movie.."
"Oh God..!! Can you please cancel it..?? I don't like Salman Khan..
"Haww..!!", she said dropping her jaws.."Thoda haat kya pakadne diya aap toh sarr pe chhad gaye..humare samne humari Salman Khan ki burai kar rahe hain aap..??"
"Maine burai kab kiya..?? I just said mujhe woh pasand nehi..", Omkara said in disbelief seeing her obsession for a fifty years old man..
"Par humein toh pasand hain..aab chalo aap..we're getting late..aur haan..doobara humare Chulbul Pandey ke bare mein kuch mat kehna..??", she said pointing a finger as if trying to threaten him..
"Wait a minute..who's this Chulbul Pandey..??", asked Omkara a little offended hearing her calling a man as HER Chulbul..
"Are Dabang nehi dekhi aapne..??", she asked flabbergasted knowing her boyfriend, Gauri Kumari Sharma's boyfriend didn't know Chulbul Pandey...
Omkara was scared for a moment to see her expression..he felf as if he didn't know the name of the president of the country..
"Koyi baat nehi..I'll narrate you the the story of Dabang on the way..", she said settling herself on the car..
When Omkara came back to home watching the movie, he was already having a headache..he was going to washroom when his phone started vibrating with Gauri's call..
"Reached home..??", asked Gauri in a half drowsy voice..
"Yeah..too tired I'm..need to catch some sleep..", he replied deliberately knowing if she start her blabberings, he won't be able cut the call for the next one hour...
"Theek hain..so jaiye..even I'm feeling sleepy..good night..", saying so she was going to cut the call but Omkara stopped her...
"Listen..", he said not knowing if he should ask her or not...
"Yes..??"
"My friend Daniyal invited me to attend a party at his place tomorrow..can you join me..??", he said hesitating..yes, he wanted Gauri to accompany him..but the reason is changed now...he wanted to introduce her to his friends..not because he wanted to show anything to Riddhima..he wanted Gauri to know about his past..till the evening he wasn't sure if he's interested in her or not..but now he knows Gauri deserves to know everything about his life..she is with him without asking or expecting anything..so he shouldn't keep her in darkness..he will be giving a chance to their relation if Gauri decide to marry him knowing everything..maybe he cannot promise her the love she deserve..but he'll definitely give her all the happiness of the world...
Gauri was ready to join him to the party without a second word..it's the first time he's asking her to be with him and she cannot say a no...
The next evening when Omkara went to pick Gauri from her place he couldn't take his eyes off from her..she was looking celestial in a red off shoulder gown with her hair left open and no accessories except a pair of diamond studded top..she never needed makeup to look gorgeous..her angelic smile was enough to make her more beautiful..Omkara wanted to compliment the beauty standing before him..but decided to keep his mouth shut until they talk about Riddhima..
Gauri came to him and asked how she was looking..he simply ignored the question let alone saying something..it broke her heart..was she looking so bad that he couldn't even say a simple word..she kept murmuring all the way how unromantic her boyfriend was..Omkara listened to her self talking and smiled..and when they reached the party Riddhima was already there with someone who seemed to be her new boyfriend..Omkara felt disgusted realising he almost stopped living a normal life for the woman who never cared about him...
He held Gauri's hand and went to meet his ex to introduce his girlfriend who's soon going to be his fiancee...

I tried to keep it simple..if anyone expected it to be romantic, emotional or dramatic, then I'm really sorry for disappointing you guys..
This one is dedicated to Poorva, Annie, Amel and Lizzie...you guys encouraged me a lot to continue with this story..a tight jhappi for you guys...
