Exactly there was complexity Om expected something from Tej despite showing that he doesn't and Tej wanted everything for Om despite not being able to express his love

If you remember the scene when Om was about to take drugs TeVi entered and started scolding him he was actually stunned thinking that Tej might have seen him trying drugs and was afraid like any normal son and when he understood it was only for him to join business he got relieved yet he didn't simply throw away the idea as he always does just because he was feeling guilty

But now we can feel only anger from Om's side, these days Tejkara have become single dimensional
