1- Shivaay saying ilu to Annika and saving her from death.

2- Billu's tadap. Let's be realistic, that NDE with Daksh almost killing Annika and Shivaay's scream was too good beyond words.

Not sure if these are valid, but they are just reasons why I want to see an NDE.

According to HS, she couldn't bother with such ghisa pita scenes.
