It's clearly a fake ML that shivay forgot all about Anika. Had it been true, then he would not have avoided Pinky as a plague. Before he met and married Anika, he never had any doubt on his mother's love and affection.
Looks like, the bite this time is Sahil as Abhay made him to take some medication before dance. so may be they would have used the DABH theory of swallowing the bomb. Maybe that would have made him so panic.
I think the girl in the duppatta was Tanya and looks like even she is Pawn, because she was getting panicked that she had to inform Shivay and that is why she threw that chit while he was taking phere.
