They had a track planned fr Rikara, the gauri edu track. But with Shrenu's sickness they will have to put it on hold. They could use Shrenu's absence to progress Rikara too. They can show Om realizing Gauri's importance in his life either by showing Gauri had to leave to visit her mom or she is busy with some emergency or something. They can show Om missing Gauri, maybe some phone convos etc so that Rikara track is not stahled. Let us see if they do something creative with this situation.
