Thank u for such Amazing response.
So I've decided to make it two Shot.Here's the 1st Part ..Ho u like it.Do drop your reviews..& Kindly ignore grammatical errors

Shivika OS~One Day Boyfriend
PART-1
Narrator's POV
Shivaay Singh Oberoi,A Shrewd Businessman Got a proposal to be a boyfriend for one day from a stranger Girl.He has been deceived in love.Yes Shivaay had a Girlfriend named Tia.He loved her from the bottom of his heart but she deceived him.She left not just him BT She left the country with his money.She was in relationship for just money so after that He stopped believing in love. He developed a thinking that there can never be true love.So he left the concept of his marriage on his family.He has decided that whoever girl his family will decide for him,He will marry.So his family has fixed his engagement.He half-heartedly agreed for the engagement.
The engagement was fixed after 3 months. 
In the meantime,Shivaay had to go Delhi for the meeting.While he was leaving the office he bumped into a girl[ofcource its Annika;-)]She landed into his arms.Their eyes met.They remained in this position for some time.Finally they came out of their trance and composed themselves.Then both of them left.

At the same day
Annika saw Shivaay in Coffee Shop.She went to him.She directly proposed him 
"Kya Tum mere ek din ke boyfriend banoge?"
He was startled to get this type of proposal from a stranger girl.There were lots of questions started running in his mind.He didnt know wat to speak.So he asked,
"Mein toh apko jaanta b nhi,phir kaise..."he said confusingly. 
"Jante nhi tabhi toh ek din ke liye bana rhi hun,hamesha ke liye nhi"
She replied with wide eyes. 
Then she continued, 
"Actually, I'm getting married in few months.& Meri family thode purane vichaaron(Orthodox view)ke hain.Boyfriend toh door unhone muje kabhi kisi ladke se dosti bhi nhi karne di.However, I've compromised with this. But mere friends kehte hai ki Shaadi ka mazaa toh Love Marriage mein hai,Boyfriend bana kar Zindagi Enjoy karne mein h.
Meri sabhi friends k Boyfriends hai bas mera hi nhi h:(
Also its true that I'm a very sensitive person.To whomsoever I'll love ,I'll love him from the bottom of my heart.So I'm afraid of falling in love because I know my family will never allow me to marry the person of my choice.I know ki mein tumhe aajkal ki ladkiyon se bilkul different lag rhi houngi.But believe me..I'm like that only.
Well,I want to experience that how life changes when we have boyfriend in life ,So kya tum isme meri help nhi kar sakte?"
Shivaay-"OK,But agar mere mann(heart) mein tumare liye feelings aa gyi toh...?"
He said hesitantly.
Annika-"Toh kya,we will have to forget our affair like one night stand.Ye soch kar hi mere sath aana,waise b mein tumse 5 saal badi hun,mene driving license mein tumari age dekhi...ye lijiye...aapka license.. Office mein giraa diya tha aapne...yahi lautane aapke pass ayi thi. BT jab aako dekha toh it seemed you r a Shareef guy..& won't take advantage of me.." 
She replied at once.
He smiled at her reply.
Then she again continued,
"What say? Sirf ek din ki hi toh baat hai. 
Khoob ghoomenge,masti Karenge
I want to live my life for one day for myself.plz maan jao" 
While she was speaking & speaking Shivaay was just looking at her.He was mesmerized by her beauty.She was so Genuine & so real.No guile in her eyes.
Just so pure.
He didnt even realize when he said YES to her proposal.
But then he came out of his dream world. He can't do this.How can he do this.He was going to marry another girl.
But then he thought that it was just a matter of one day NOT REALIZING THAT THIS ONE DAY WAS GOING TO CHANGE HIS LIFE FOREVER. 
Annika-Ok then Tomorrow 8 am,Be ready ;')"
Shivaay-Ok done"
She turned to go.
Shivaay-"Ek minute..."
A-"Yes"
S-"aap bohot important cheez(thing) bhool rhi hai"
There was naughtiness in his eyes
A-"kya..."
He smirked & came a bit close
For a once Annika thought if she did it right by choosing him but then she shrugged off this thought.
S-"Aapne apna naam toh btaya hi nhi"
A-"Ohh yes mein bhool gyi btana...Hi I'm Annika"
She said forwarding her hand to him
S-"Annika...nice...& he forwarded his hand for handshake...the touch of her hand sent shudders through her spine...& my name is.."..he said lost in the moment."
A-"Shivaay...I know..saw in your driving license"
She said mischievously.

Then She went away smiling,Excited for the upcoming day.
He stood there thinking about the events that took place some time ago.
Then he went to the hotel.That girl was not out of his mind even for a second.Whole day...whole night he went on thinking about her.
The Next Day

Shivaay reached the same place where they met the previous day.Annika was already there waiting for him desperately.
Annika-"Hi dear"
She came close to him saying this.
Shivaay-"Hi"
He hesitated a bit.

Suddenly she entangled her hand with his hand..& said," 
So you r my boyfriend from now on.No hesitation..khul kar milo yar.."
He spoke to himself that,
"Ek din ,bas ek din aur phir mein kahaan aur ye kahaan"
& then the two strangers started the journey of a beautiful day together. 
They went near his car.
Shivaay opened the door for Annika.
He was driving the car & she was sitting beside him.
Shivaay's POV
The strands of her hair were falling on her shoulders.Her fragrance was driving me crazy. It was a strange feeling.I was feeling really happy.I started humming a song.
"Aap toh bohot achha gaate hein"
She said looking at me lovingly.
S-"haan thoda Bohot gaa leta hun...,JAB DIL KO KOI ACHAA LAGTA HAI TOH GEET KHUD-B-KHUD HOTHON PAR AA JAATA H"
I said mischievously;')
She laughed at this.
She was looking so beautiful while smiling. My heart skipped a beat.
What was happening to me..I started thinking about it.[/COLOR] 
 
So here's the first part. It is the journey of Shivaay Singh Oberoi 's falling in love.The journey had only started.There's a lot more on the way.Stay Tuned ;')

Annnika is an awsome character, very nicely written

Why I have a feeling that they are set to engage each other and they don't know it. Anyways I am sure however you have imagined their journey will be awsome.
