Chapter 5
"I hope I am not underdressed," Gauri muttered looking down at her flannel shirt over a white vest and ripped jeans.
She thought she looked pretty amazing but it was all until Omkara came in his perfectly stitched waistcoat over satin white shirt and pants. Why did he always have to dress so professional? Not that he didn't look good, it's just he looked a little intimidating.
Why didn't he try wearing just a plain shirt? It will look casual and she will be able to see his muscles- Gauri immediately shook her head.
Gauri Kumari Sharma! Keep your head intact!"I think you look just perfect," Omkara replied with a sincere smile which made Gauri blush.
He opened the door of the car for her and she got inside. Omkara got on the driver seat and turned to Gauri who was busy fishing for something in her bag.
"You forgot something?" He asked.
"Yeah, my pepper spray," she replied still looking into her bag.
"Pepper spray?" Omkara asked with amazement and a ghost smirk over his lips.
"Don't forget that you are still a stranger for me," Gauri replied shooting him a glare which soon turned into a playful wink.
"Better prepared that sorry,"
Omkara couldn't help but chuckle her weirdness. She didn't trust him enough to bring pepper spray with her but still agreed to spent a day with him.
"You know that you are the first girl to do that?" Omkara's said as he started the ignition and started driving.
"I am taking that as a compliment- oh I found it!" Gauri fringed a dramatic breath of relief and finally relaxed on her seat.
"Are'nt you going to ask where we are going?" He asked her as he drove car through the old city. Gauri was excitedly looking outside with glint in for eyes. Obviously she has not visited this section of the city. It was mainly for elites only.
"I have a strong feeling that you won't tell so I didn't bother,"
Omkara was amazed. She was so weirdly right! He wanted to keep the place he was taking her to a secret. But he didn't expect Gauri to be so nonchalant about the whole thing.
"You are right," his lips curved into a lopsided grin. Gauri turned to him and winked.
Soon the car stopped in front of a large gate which was guarding boundaries of a huge mansion. The gates opened automatically and the car pulled into the long driveway leading to the mansion. The mansion had old architecture and honeycomb running on the walk. I front of it was a never ending grading. It was all prettier than a dream. Gauri was awestruck.
"I-is this your house?" Gauri asked twirling slowly, trying to capture all in one look.
"Not really my house but you can say it's my crashing place whenever I am in Windermere," Omkara replied in his monotonous voice.
"Your home- I mean the crashing place was the last place I thought you would bring me to," Gauri admitted. Frankly it won't be false to say she was a little touched by this action of hers. House is a very personal place to a person and even thought it wasn't Om's real house it was the closest to it in Windermere. And of all the places he bought her here.
"I know. I was thinking of something fancy earlier but I didn't know if you would like it and-" Omkara stopped in mid, not sure if he should continue.
"And?" But Gauri wanted to hear.
"And I have never done this 'one day' thing with any girl before so I am not sure what all places girls like except for fancy restaurants and expensive malls," he admitted.
"Wise decision," Gauri smirked.
Omkara took Gauri inside his mansion and if the exteriors of the mansion were beautiful then they were nothing compare to the amazing interiors.
He showed her around the house to almost every single room. Then at last they went to the gym. Omkara though she won't be much interested there so he quickly finished the touring it and was about to move out to the kitchen when Gauri yelped with excitement.
"Om, you have a pole here?" She quickly moved to the pole and started gawking it with amazement.
"Yeah..the last owner of the mansion built it. Y-you know how to..?" Omkara's eyebrows rose with surprise. Pole dance skill was the last thing Omkara thought Ri would have. She looked more of plane Jane type of girl.
Gauri ran her hands slowly over the Shiney pole and grinned.
"I took gymnastic classes in school," she replied proudly.
Omkara's eyebrows arched up as his devilish lips curled into a satan smile. He was impressed. He couldn't help but think if he will ever get to see Gauri dancing seductively like a goddess on the pole. The thought alone was so hot.
"C'mon I saved the best part for last," Omkara walked Gauri outside of the mansion to gardens.
Gauri's eyes widen. There was a huge vine yard at the back of the mansion. Grape wine ran beautifully on the wooden sticks supporting them on which hung hundreds of grapes in bunches.
"Wow! You have a wine yard!"
"There was an old wine factory here. It closed down years ago but I saved the wine yard. You wanna see how the wine is stored?" Omkara asked.
"Wow! Of course!" Gauri chirped with upmost excitement.
Omkara smiled at her cheerful self. He was glad that Ri was enjoying herself. She looked so cute while she giggled like a child or when her eyes would go wide with surprise. He could look at her all day.
He led her to an old stone tower with a wooden gate. He opened the gate and they got inside.
"This is...incredible" Gauri replied looking at the stone arch above her.
But Omkara didn't listen to a single word uttered by her. He was too busy consuming ravishing sight of Ri under the dim light passing through tinted glasses of the tower. He couldn't help but think how spectacular the next two months with Ri were gonna be. But only if she would say yes.
He needed to her to say yes. *badly*
"I can't help but think how it must be- Oh Om!" Gauri gasped as Omkara grabbed her waist out of no where. He gently push lose strands of her luscious locks falling over her shoulder, back and pulled her chin up to make her look into his eyes. They were dark and held sinful desires.
"You know how badly I want to kiss you right now?" He asked leaving feathery kisses across her jaw.
Gauri moaned feeling his hot breath across her skin.
"Om.." she murmured.
"So badly that it was all that I could think about the whole day..." he whispered into her ear as he nibbled it. Gauri bit her lip to suppress another moan.
push him away Gauri! What are you waiting for? Gauri's mind screamed.
but it feels so good...pull him closer a small part of her argued and Gauri was in dilemma.
Omkara snaked his right around her waist to pull him closer to his body, if that was possible and kissed her at her corner of her lower lips torturously.
Gauri's control was slipping away fast. She curled her fingers into a tight knuckle whitening fist so that she couldn't snuggle them around Om's hair and pull him closer.
Om kissed her again, on junction of neck and shoulder, on neck, in jaw, on chin and everywhere on her face except her lips. It was absolutely killing her. She badly wanted to feel his lips on hers.
"Om..." she moaned again.
"Ri please say yes and I promise you I'll make these two months the best month of your life," Om said, his lips hovering over hers. They were so close. Not even a centimetre between them.
Gauri could think nothing else than kissing him. Her mind went numb. She couldn't even comprehend what Om was saying. She wanted his lips to do something much better like kissing her senseless.
"Ri...say yes," Omkara muttered as he pecks her lips, just a ghost of his touch over hers. It only left Gauri wanting more.
And finally Gauri surrendered..
"Yes,"
