Ok, so watched last two to three episodes of Ishqbaaz after a really long gap, so not sure if it's really happened before, but finally now, Shivaay has finally acknowledged that he is indeed in love with Anika to Om. He has finally accepted it and acknowledges it, though not yet really confessed to Anika about it.
My doubt is has Anika ever really confessed it to Shivaay or OmRu? I know she has with Saahil.
