So the OMM begins now. Unrepentant, stubborn and nasty Pinky gets her due payback. This has been long awaited and she has lots to answer for. So I'm so glad that makers are stretching out , let it rake the ratings it was meant to. I will savour every moment and every reaction: shock, gasp, horror , disgust every tiny bit.. G.I.M.M.E ..!!
Shivaay finally uses his smarts and plays his hand. He goes to Annika saying he remembers it all, and she's already afraid All he had to do was cleverly place what he did remember and she was convinced. "We love you just as much , you are still Shivaay Singh to us"
The pain in her eyes, the fear was all for him. "It doesn't matter to us at all, the fear is if it mattered TOO much to you... if you break, I'll break, Shivaay. I will die...
He saw the earnest love in her eyes and how all this was revolving around him. He touches her tenderly and acknowledges the loving concern. But then he leaves, he promised her he wouldn't press her for the secret anymore.
1st clue: "We know NKK matters to you so much. Without it you may break... I was scared for you
He takes this clue and puts it to Om. "You guys were protecting me the whole time. You were afraid I would break. You All love me as I am, no matter what I am. Right? "
Om is hesitant. His brother is hurting and he wanted to comfort him but something was niggling at his mind. Who could have told him? Bhabhi wouldn't have...
Shivaay cleverly holds conversation until an emotional Rudy comes. Poor chap hated the idea of the secret in the first place. Innocently he is relieved that the burdensome secret is out and wished that he didn't have to think up new plans to stop Bhaiya & Bhabhi from separating.
Rudra breaks first and hugs him about to spill the beans that Chote Ma was the one behind the entire fiasco. Poor fellow showed clearly how upset he was with the whole thing, tears like a little boy that touches Shivaay so much.
But his surprise that Mom was involved was the clinching piece. Om realized Shivaay didn't know everything and warned Rudra to zip it. But sensing that it was all about to come tumbling out, Om sought to connect to his brother and remind him that their bond is unshakeable.
That "All for one, one for all" scene is one of their most touching scenes to date, other being the one after Om was found unconscious in the pool. The three hugging with Shivaay safely tucked in the middle was so heartwarming, So much love.
Shivaay must be wondering what the heck could be wrong with his NKK.
2nd clue : "Mom is involved. Mom has plotted this whole thing. "
So next act, he calmly signs over his whole worth to Annika's name. Not a single hesitation in his face, such is the trust level now. But this brought out all the hate and jealousy out full force from Pinky. The woman is flustered that all his life's mehnat (or is it hers?) is being handed off to the girl she detests so much.
Annika could only stand and gape as Pinky revealed that the great secret was all a lie. All the sacrifice, the heartbreak, the misery , the loneliness, all for nothing. A LIE.
Shivaay is shocked at the statement his mother made up so easily as a lie. One that casts giant shadows upon him as a person , one that made his loved ones rise to protect him so fiercely, and yet She, his mother didn't feel it a big deal.
Again I'm hoping the father gets some meaningful scenes with his son today. Gearing up for continuation of Pinky's OMM today. Nice and slow I'm not in a rush...
