I know RiKarians need medication after watching today's Episode and so I bring to you a simple drabble where Ri & Kara are nothing more than a normal husband and wife

OF MOONS AND STARS
" Suniye Rudra ke Bhaiyya ... Khaane khaane apne aap aaenge ya prem patra bhijwaau? " Gauri yelled walking out of the kitchen to the staircase.
Omkara was standing leaning against the door frame of his room for the last fifteen minutes waiting for her to call him. He smiled knowing that today her version of calling his name was ' Rudra Ke Bhaiyya'. He loved all such unusual ideas of his dramatically romantic wife, it made him feel very special.
He lazily walked down the staircase with a My-Wife-Is-So-Cute! Look when she stood on the step of Tue staircase with her hand on her hips. He towered her on the second step and gave his signature ZulfiKara smile when she was well prepared to scold him ...
" Aise Muskuraaye Mat!!!" She warned him
"Kyon???" He asked caressing her to wipe the dry flour coating her cheek bone.
" Humme aapko kiss karne ka mann kar raha hai." She complained as all her intentions of reproaching him fluxed.
She did not realize when his lips brushed against hers in slow soft comforting ways ... His hand rested below her ear, his thumb still caressing her cheek as their breathe mingled. Her fingers ran down his shoulder as there was no space left in between them ... He lifted her above the staircase so now her feet rested on his. She was unprepared but his warm mouth felt nice ... her heart fluttered at the delicate butterfly of a kiss and he was so satisfied to observe his effect on her ...
" Chulbul Bhabhi mujhe papad fry karke do!" Rudra' s voice broke the romantic RiKara riverie.
Om stood near the table watching Gauri run robotically from the kitchen to the dining table and then from the dining table to the kitchen in different speedy rounds because Dadi wanted mustard pickle and then Pinky wanted finely chopped onions ... She is so energetic he thought his flirtatious mind being distracted by all the energy she is going to require for his plans of the night.
Om refilled the glasses of water around the table and then pulled a chair for Gauri as she finally came to eat. She served him and was about to take the first bit of food when he glared at her ...
" Aaj tumne sabzi kyon nahi banaai?" He mumbled irritated
" Anika Bhabhi wanted to cook it today, humne unhe aaj yeh recipe sikhayi hai." She told him seeing that he was dipping bits of chapati in the bowl of dal to eat ... She smiled hopeless knowing he is not going to touch the vegetable on his plate.
After he finished two chapatis ... She kept two more on his plate. He looked at her pleading ... He did not want to eat more chapatis and she gave him a strict smile. His appetite had to be taken care of ... He is so unnecessarily losing weight! She did not like it...
" Gauri mujhe nahi khana." He requested babyishly
"Dekhiye hum inn haathon se aataa goond ke gol gol roti banane ki mehnat isiliye nahi karte ke humaare pati hi dikhaayen nakhre noor jahaan ke!" She reprimanded him and distantly high-fived Anika ... Thanking her for the diction.
Omkara held her wrist to see the brown mark on her palm ... She again burnt her hand while making her 'gol gol roti'. He looked at her furiously such a careless Gauri was rare ... She understood his expression and looked down at her plate with a sad face which was inflating like a balloon ... He kept looking at her for five minutes and she did not care to eat anything ...
He held her hand from below the table and pressed it affectionately ... She looked at him with a pout.
"Please khana kha lo ... Baad mein argue karenge ..." He said in a humbly defeated sigh and Gauri was finally able to have her food properly ... It felt bliss after an exhausting day.
He held her hand to drag her out of the house for their routine night stroll after AniRi cleared the table ...
" How was your day? " He asked as she slid her hand in his arm.
" Hum bohot busy thhe aaj, Subah Maa ke saath ek book launch event par Gaye thhe ... Phir main aur Bhabhi sale mein shopping karne Gaye thhe aur shaam ko toh Rudra ke saare friends ne ghar par aakar Jhingaa lala hoo hoo kiya ... Main, Prinku aur Bhabhi sambhalte sambhalte pareshan ho Gaye ..." She said yawning.
He smiled thinking about the where abouts of her day, He knew she would have lectured the watchman on not sleeping at night, scolded the utensils in charge of the house keeping staff for using dishwash liquid carelessly and would have called for called for her Shankarji if the floors of the mansion were not sweeped and mopped properly ... She does all of this everyday.
He told her about the detailing of his work ... She actually never understood anything especially his fancy elaborated terminologies but he liked telling her because she was never bored like anyone else plus she was learning from him. With being spouses and friends ... Both of them had begun to share a Teacher-Student relationship ... He liked it.
" Humme Kerela Jana hain " She demanded and he finalized the destination of their next vacation ... Both of them deserved a break with each other from their schedules.
They lay below the dark night sky where the moon seemed to lighten the night bringing forth the stars that shone in the blackness ... She glanced at him while tracing the checkered pattern of his shirt as he gazed the twinkle... She could feel his heart beat at the back of her head and he could hear her soft breathe as her head rested on his chest ... That is when they always felt peaceful ...
