The way I see it is that it's ok for a omru fans to cry about ss but if shivika fans do the same then they are jumped down their throat on but ishqbaaz is ishqbaaz and it was always about shivika and the obros but all I'm saying is taking shivika out of the show it'll take away the essence of the show

crying for ss is their janam siddh adhikar but we are not allowed to make a complain because shivika don't bring trp it's only obros and other two couples shivika Toh bas aviyayi screen time barbad kar rahe hai with an ordinary love story whereas the other two couples have most novel and genuine love story which was never shown on our TV screens

Hello,

First dbo wasn't shut down. It was merged with ib in the hope that obros together will bring more TRPs as TRPs of BOTH the shows were falling down. In fact for a 10:30 slot dbo did well. It was a slot leader. All thanks to Shrenal's chemistry.

Second, all the couples are getting equal screen space these days. Leaving aside the first three epis, regarding the screen space it's a balanced epi.

Rikara & Ruvya storylines have just begun, their love stories have just started so the scenes they get might seem much more good.

Shivika though getting scenes, it isn't of much substance, is redundant & repetitive these days imo. And that's due to lazy writing or maybe some fans like to see not jhok. Blame it on the writers for not giving good scenes to shivika or not taking their storyline forward.

The complaint should be stagnancy in Shivika story not other couples getting good scenes & dialogues.. Will you feel better if all the three couples got bad scenes?

And NOT JUST SHIVIKA, Obros + ALL THE THREE COUPLES bring TRPs.

I consider myself a neutral viewer...what I believe is that DBO didn't work because it wasn't given proper attention...any shivika,rikara fan or any neutral viewer can see that the development in rikara's story is not even half of what they have given to shivika...any viewer can see that the writer and makers are partial towards shivika/shivaay and always will be...DBO was shit...overload of svetlana and weird "science" stuff...they screwed up rikara...they don't care enough for omkara/om-gauri...they have never cared for om's character...in IB he was superficial,pretentiously intellectual...they never cared enough to actually show him being the honest person that it is claimed he is...in DBO he was a jerk...and while they bothered to give shivaay's jackassery some foundation/justification...in om's case they didn't bother much...to be honest it also helps that nakuul is not at all an expressionless actor like kunal...but I feel bad for shrenu...she is a beautiful actress with decent acting skills...I would have liked seeing her in a good love story,it sucks that she is cast opposite the actor who is not that good and the character who is not the favourite of the writer and makers.

Anyway...what I am trying to say is that I don't get this "oh this spin off didn't work or these characters don't work"...I think it is clear which character or couple has always received the most attention and will continue to receive so...they did not even bother giving omru decent screen space or development in ishqbaaaz...rudy was always relegated to comedy...so really,WHAT is this about "only shivika work for ishqbaaaz"😆

Personally, I don't care about SS, but the lazy writing is starting to get on my nerves. Honestly, if everyone had a decent scene even if it was 2 minutes that actually moved the plot along then the show would be amazing. There is no consistency and all their real issues are push aside for comedy. Right now, all the characters are being neglected and the writers use lollipop scenes to keep us watching. The writers are clearly on autopilot with the show right now. Comedy is fun, but too much one of thing can get old very fast.

Shivika is being stalled for this useless separation that lasted about two weeks because they don't want to accept it was a bad idea. Anika came back for Shivaay, but she is after Ragini.NKK and her insecurity are being randonly dropped in the story then discarded for comedy. We have Pinky, Ragini, and her brother in line to ruin their relationship whenever the writers have mercy on our patience and let them reconcile 😆 Rikara have nice scenes for now, but the writers will ruin this with Svetlana coming back. The sweet interactions don't change the fact that the writers still haven't given them a proper story-line. Again, so many issues can be addressed, but nothing is really shown. I don't know why we can't get normal tracks without being invested by vamps and have the couples deal with their issues in peace. I'm not asking for romance 24/7, but the drama should actual benefit the story in some way.

It's too much to ask, but if the writers developed the FLs that would be nice too. The FLs are constantly flipping in thought and action. I'm not really sure where they are at or what they want. If the writers only want to focus on the MLs then give Shivaay a business rival, introduce an art critic or rival artist for Om, and give Rudra his own issue to deal with. I feel like the hour is being wasted and we're stuck in a loop with none of the stories going anywhere. It pains me that the Tej, Svetlana and Pinky drama is the only track moving in the show right now 😆
