I have always said that on one level Shivaay's love is selfish, he has loved the Annika who protected his family and is very good but somewhere along that Annika Shivaay was first attracted to and the Annika viewers we loved was losing herself. While during this Shivika journey we have seen Shivaay's development and his shedding the layers , the writers haven't done that for Annika. We still don't know if actually her adopted parents loved her or not ? Was she there in her orphanage after Sahil's birth or not ? Did she have any best friends in her orphanage and how exactly did she learn to make aloo poori ? While some of these questions seems trivial but this all the things Annika is made up of . Shivaay's love is still incomplete for me , he needs to love the survivor Annika with her journey who has struggled on every path and for that he needs to KNOW who Annika is ! How is she the Annika she is. And that is the day Shivaay's and Annika's bond will be unbreakable. That day even if Annika keeps hurting Shivaay and his family, The trust he would have for Annika wouldn't allow him to throw out of his house, regardless of how worse the situation is.

That is the day their love story will be complete and the day I will be waiting for

Same here, Shivaay had it very easy and Annika fell into a pattern with his life. He loved her and his love blinded him. He knew his mother had her issues with her but he never made an attempt to talk it out- not that it would have made any difference as far as Pinky was concerned but it would have been good to see him try.

I too am in no hurry for the reunion..

I think Annika has come out stronger through this divorce. She has risen with the spark she had lost due to this forced marriage with Shivaay. Constant insult and being told that she wasn't good enough to be Shivaay Singh Oberoi's wife is what she faced at the Oberoi Mansion earlier, and it had somewhere dampened her spirits and stolen away her essence, her spark. But this around when she has returned, that old spark is back. The original khidkitod Annika, just improved and stronger due to the heartbreak and hardships she has suffered since.

True. Annika has returned stronger. The divorce almost killed Shivaay as we all expected, but Annika emerged strong enough to help him through it as well.

Hers is shown to be a very strong character. SSO barely survived the divorce, Annika, on the other hand, has arrived. What we now want to see is what shaped her to be who she is today. What all did she have to see and bear in her childhood. At the orphanage and before the orphanage. We have seen that after adoption her life wasn't a bed of roses exactly. Bandri bua did verbally and physically abuse her time and again. I think her struggles need to be revealed, albeit slowly, but in due course. Also, who were her parents? Where does she come from? There will be some powerful reason why Annika and Chutki were orphaned. I really hope Gauri is Chutki. They both share an excellent vibe.

I'm rooting for Gauri being Chutki as well and given that both are orphaned and adopted, chances are high. The catch behind her past is when Shivaay knew a day of Annika;s life, he destroyed Rudra's whole room. What will happen when Shivaay will know that Annika was beaten up- Will he take the destroyer avtaar of lord Shiva?

I wondered about this since the initial episodes which had the lady inspector hitting Annika. I was hoping to see a repeat of such a scene when Shivika had this 'something between us' phase before Shivika wedding, just to see Shivaay's reaction.

Shivaay should know that the woman he fell is love with is like the ocean. He has only scratched the surface, and took it for granted. She may not say much, but she still holds a world of storm underneath that cool, confident exterior.

Hope the creatives explore Annika's character as deeply as they have explored Shivaay's. Amid all the fun and comedy, we would like to know more about this amazing character that I continue to fall in love with every day. And Summer, though many hate him, I want to see how he fits into all this going forward. He is yet an untapped character with a lot of potential. What sort of equation will he form with Annika? It is obvious that he has been added to the plot for Annika, cuz she has been his only point of contact with the main characters (in addition to being Nagini's big bro). I'm hoping for some depth here, hope the writers develop it with grace and foresight.

Yes as a character, he has potential. But if they make him an out and out villain/psycho like Daksh, it will be pointless. His character is still kept under wraps-so good/bad time will tell.

These are the things i have been waiting to be unraveled in future. Hope CV's does justice to Anika's character.

We know what makes Shivaay. SSO but we have not been shown what has made Anika, just Anika.

But sigh , CVs are too busy with introducing new negative characters when they have so much more to unveil of the existing characters esp Anika.
