OMG! How amazing was that episode? Just finished watching it, Sorry im a bit late on this bandwagon.
I don't know about the rest of you but it took me back to the early days of IB with all the OBro moments and the tadi being thrown around. Especially during the Mallika track, enjoyed the Girls v Boys then and well - Laude v NariShakti now. It was perfect. I think this what both the shows were missing, the presence of each other. All these people and their impeccable comic timing needs to be together for explosions as such!
The dialogues deserve a special special mention. Bring humour into a serious situation can only be done by Annika. " Move on hogaye toh Move out bhi hojayiye" I loved loved this line today.
Ragini's W*F expression when Shivaay said he was faking it.
Om and Gauri's cake fight, Gauri you cutie pie! How can we forget the "cake ka khoon" and "khambakat penal code" that entire scene was ROFL.
Aaand I knew it when Tej had cake on his face that it was Dadi not Jhanvi!! Ofcourse not forgetting the cute TejVi moment, long time no see you two.
Hearing Lafzon ka yeh with all the babies together was a treat! Can someone give Gauri those Bareilly golgappas for the "oh my moch'" drama? When Dadi said "apni wali" Shivaay does'nt even look at Rags.
Last but not the least, Pinky's OMM! I hope before the giant revelation track, her OMM is in sublte doses like this, she needs to realise what she couldve had and what she missed out on. That's one thing that stuck out to me today, Pinky was essentially an outsider. After being in a family for 30 odd years and still not being a part of it has bound to hurt. What's worse is that no one even attempted to include her in the cake holi! Tej being the vindictive, stuck up person he sometimes is, got his share of the fun. Some part of me also feels that an older Pinky, an earlier Pinky would've definitely joined in, atleast after seeing the happiness on her son's face, she is long lost now. I really hope they show a track where she realises this.
