Well she wore it for shivaay only as shivaay was spying and was there in restaurant. Also she did say that she can do anything for shivaay even though to wear this 2 rs dress. She didn't even look at bhallu properly and was only watching Shivaay's reaction.

@Bold: really? I have scene people wearing those kind of dresses to public parties/functions etc as well not only in private meeting or to seduce a person.
