Im not saying shivay doesnt do things for his family its always acknowledged so much so that they forgive everything he does wrong pretty fast but om is constantly reminded of his weaknesses being an addict, not a good son by tej, not following the family business etc. Just a little recognition of him being there for his family wouldnt be too much. Just hope once they move on from the boys vs girls drama each bro gets to grow further as a character but with the cvs track record who knows what will happen.

Dude, i totally get it but its their in the characterisations. Its the characters that we were introduced to which had distinct personalities and different ways of handling situations, I don't watch DBO so I haven't grown with the character of om in that show. What i do know is the om in ishqbaaaz who had his moments but never as the om that you are talking about. just like we were always introduced to shivaay bein the great wall, who just now had started living for himself. So, coming to this forum wherein the lead is the other character leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Just calling them as I see them.
