"I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where. I love you simply, without problems or pride: I love you in this way because I do not know any other way of loving but this, in which there is no I or you, so intimate that your hand upon my chest is my hand, so intimate that when I fall asleep your eyes close."

The whole of OM was somewhat eerily quiet. Gone were the ray of sunshine, the hope that made them all stand in anticipation.
The past few events hadn't turned out the way they expected. They were rather lousy and extremely uneventful. The pot that had stood with so much pride was now on the floor, tattered in pieces. So were the souls that now remained silent in their own sanctuaries.
The plans that had been playing throughout the past few days suddenly decided to change course and flowed down the drain instead.
Shivaay had foolishly disclosed his "flawless" plans to Rajveer, who in turn decided to take undue advantage of the situation.
He had somehow made Mahi to kidnap Anika and trap Shivaay in his own hole.
Suffice to say things from then didn't go as smoothly as milk but like thorns, both painful and manipulating.
On one hand Shivaay was blasting the people to let him go and was trying to prove his innocence desperately, and on the other hand Anika was sobbing hysterically in a place so foreign and isolated, waiting for her knight in shining armor to save her from her miseries.
"app kaha hai Shivaay?" Anika murmured to herself or rather was questioning the silent yet unsettling wind that made her being freeze into an unimaginable trauma.
She had been locked up for god knows how long, there was no sign of light or hope that she'd be set free any sooner. The place she was held captive is no lesser than a medieval dungeon. It was extremely small and dark and stank of rueful remains of bodily odor and a day-old corpse.
She had been continuously questioning herself of what she had done wrong, where she had gone awry for her fate to be filled with unforgiving darkness that seems to have consumed her in a tight embrace, not letting go even when her struggles sky rocketed.
She was curled up into a ball, and was leaning onto the furthest corner which wasn't that far away considering the fact that the room itself was smaller than a rabbit's hole.
Her hair cascaded down her curled up self and was reaching the dirty floor in defeat.
She heard the door creak open and her head snapped up to look at the shadow of a man who so closely resembled "her Shivaay. But she knew better.
She didn't feel her heart beats raise or the sudden thumping of her thoughts against her chaotic brain recede. All she felt was fear and the cold breeze hitting her more dangerously.
"stand up, we need to move" the doppelganger ordered as he grabbed her arms in a quick motion, not letting her utter even a single phrase.
"leave me you bas***d" Anika screamed or rather protested for her release.
He quickly covered her mouth with his other hand and looked at her dangerously with his dark orbs.
"if you stay quiet, then I'll take you to Shivaay and we can be done and over with this sham they're putting up. I'm not interested in misbehaving with a respected woman as my principles are not allowing me to. I'm bad but not very bad"
He slowly let his hand slide down her face as she looked at him flabbergasted.
Realization hit her faster than that of a lightning bolt. He was innocent. He had nothing to do with all this, he's a victim just like her.
But how much of it could she believe, knowing that he had forcibly kidnapped her and had locked her up in a cage meant for snails and worms.
But something made her want to trust this man in front of her who was now looking at her with undeniable determination that seemed to be proving all the unwanted accusations to be otherwise.
"come on" he had pulled her out of the dark dungeon and into the blooming night sky as he ran through twists and turns with her right behind him.
She was at a constant battle with her mind and heart as they ran discreetly through the unfamiliar route.
They came to an abrupt halt near an open end where there seemed to be at least a dozen of posh cars hibernating.
They all looked familiar, and she knew even before she saw them that he was indeed here.
A huge grin replaced her frown as she saw the man she had been longing to see for what felt like eons.
