Because of anika past shivaay is tried to find out and according to the promo, will anika decide to leave OM or shivaay will let her go.

I don't think so Anika leaves Shivaay and in fact she will be more emotional and something will happen that Shivaay will find her NKK asap

Neither Anika will leave nor Shivaay will tell her to leave.

Shivaay will get hyper because Anika will find out that he has been digging in her past and she will question him. I assume that Anika will overhear Shivaay and Pinky's conversation about her being Bajaj's grand daughter(pinky) but Shivaay will say that she isn't. Pinky will again say something like now it's double clears😆 that she doesn't have a NKK so why is she still hear. Anika will be broken. Rest if the conversation (Shivaay's stand for Anika) she wouldn't hear. They'll argue on this but Shivaay will make his position clear and their No. 2363 hug.

Also before something major happens between them Mahi's truth will be out. Anika's past will be kept on hold.

Nah! Sahil hai na his ultimate companion. Bhai log tou 1st floor mein he hain. Also how about exploring Shakti and Shivaay's relationship. This time he wouldn't break phone but plates in the kitchen and Pinky's favourite carookary 😆 will be ruined. She'll put the blame on Anika for that too🤣. Next day Shivaay will buy the whole crockery store and will make Pinky the owner of it. Aese he chalta rahe ga.
Yesterday when Anika said "Pichlay kuch dinon say aap subah jaldi nikal jatey hai aur raat ko late atay hain" (Aese jese nazer he nahin aatay)
