So, this post may be a little late since the whole FPH thing is coming to an end. but I was re-watching an old episode, Episode 150 to be exact.
at the 15:00 min mark
It is the reception episode after the one where Shivaay introduces Tia as his wife.
and Annika Says to him, aapko bhi Farak Padte Gaya. Aaj nahi to kal, kal nahi to pursoon. ( if not tomorrow, than the day after tomorrow) jab aapki zindagi kay fasla koi aur karage. ( when your life decisions are made by somebody else).
So the story comes full circle, with what Anika deciding that ShiTia wedding will happen.
