The way Shivaay's says sau sunaar ki ek lohaar ki at the end, I think it was all planned, Shivaay can never do that to Annika. If Pandit and mantras are fake, marriage is fake plus Shivaay is ALREADY MARRIED so legally second marriage is not valid.

I hope Shivaay is not going ahead with sindoor and MS and all but Shivaay can go to any extent to save his family and here it's the matter of Annika. He can do anithing to keep Annika close to him but if throwing Annika out was not a plan then Annika should leave, She stayed to expose Tia, her job is done so no need to stay there anymore.
