My bet is on Shivvay being blamed for Romi's murder as Annika has zilch contact with Romi as of now. Besides, if NM is going on vacation then him going to jail for a short period of time makes sense. Gul cannot afford Annika moving back to her old place... lol budget constraints.
Here is my 2 cents why I think it would be Shivvay.
Pinky has very clearly stated that she will NEVER accept Annika as her bahu. If Annika is blamed that gives her even more reason to drop her like a 'hot potato'.So that closes Annika's chapter for good with Shivvay. She has always stated that she is 'bad luck' for Shivvay so this is another nail in the ShivIka coffin if she is blamed. Besides, what is the connection between the 2 of them. No phone calls or conversations that are clues for the police.
Now opposed to that Shivvay gets blamed for this murder, for no fault of Annika's. He has already been contacted by Romi and of course will start trusting her. She probably leads him to either where he can find Om's video clip or has the video clip to hand over to him. When he gets there he finds she is already murdered. With the Great Wall himself now behind bars it is up to Annika to get him out as Om and Rudy might both be in trouble themselves to be able to help out.
Also, I wonder if Romi discloses the DushTia truth to him and he tells Mrs. k that he knows about it and the child not being his. That would leave only the video as the blackmail to force him to marry Tia as I feel Robin will not be revealed as yet.
We already have one pawn - Romi, that has moved over to ShivIka's side. I think in trying to prove Shivvay innocent Annika stumbles upon Robin and then has Tia working with her to free him. That will be the second pawn that moves to ShivIka side. Robin might be proof that Svet killed Romi not Shivvay.
The Queen is the all powerful in the chess game and she now needs to save the king by getting all the pawns on her side.

This murder blame might happen on the wedding day. Tia's truth about DUshyant is revealed.
ShiTia wedding does not happen as Mrs. K has nothing to blackmail him with and hence frames him for murder.She wants her revenge on Shivvay (not Annika) at all cost. Either love confession happens or is about to happen while cops arrive and all hell breaks lose.
So basically, as Rudy says, the Oberoi 'Good Fortune Shield' Annika will again save them.

When Annika stands by Shivvay's innocence as usual even with the facts staked against him Pinky starts to see her for who she really is. So of course she is back at the OM as his wife. The Separation Track that we all wished for happens post love realized but not confessed by Shivvay. Pinky bonds with Annika as both are in the same hell.
This should have Pinky convinced as the proofs are unveiled that Annika is Shivvay's good luck charm not his bad luck. This whole drama, I am sure, is to bring about that change.

they are showing a highly ridiculous track of wife arranging wedding with every little festivity of her husband without being divorced. If this doesnt end in some major dhamaka/exposure it will be a real shame. I like your 3 scenarios and ofcourse the third is the ideal one.

Arey Abhi to vacation se lauta, phir se kitne dino k liye, Wah bhai Naks mauj hain re tera, humara Ofc bhi tere PH jaisa hota... 😆 Tips dia kar kuch humbhi azmayenge apne ofc par, but teko zyada din dekhe bina nai reh sakte, jaldi lautna safe n sound. Nahi pakad k le aayenge 😉

There is still no investigation about Gayatri's murder and u r talking about Romi.. 😆
Even if Nakuul goes on a holiday he is going to shoot his part and go. Now that the whole focus is solely on ShiVika I don't think they can just make him disappear.
Frankly after this track I want Anika to disappear and then Shivaay should woo her and bring her back.
