Om?

Finally everything I once said about Om was taken today! He was weak, went into drugs, that's why everyone always were afraid to hurt him! None were scared of him or his anger, they always treated him with kids gloves because they were afraid he'll have a depression n get back to drugs!

Even the Times jhanvi begged Tej, she always used Om's name as a reason for Tej to not break this marriage!

Even letting Svet in OM, they again had to consider Om's feelings!

So yes Om was everyone's weakness, n today he realised n accepted it! But the way he flipped! His scary cold looks!

The transition needs to have been done better! It's too abrupt in my eyes! And seriously he wants to become like shivaay! Why not just become someone strong for his mother! N now he's going to go for revenge! How exactly getting engaged with svet will help his mother! In fact this will destroy jhanvi even more!

First her husband n now her son! This will destroy her even more! Hopefully this engagement track won't last for long n jhanvi will never hear about it! I'm also a svetkara fan, but right now this decision of Om will destroy jhanvi not help her or protect her anyway! Will jhanvi accept tej on the rebound?! Is this what Om thinks?

well i feel fake little bit... Omkara should have been given his own identity not following on SSO's footsteps..as soon he will go to DBO so no powerful impact in IB i feel... what happened to the theory of i dont like liars???? and getting engaged to svet??? and yes i agree, going in depression is ok but drugs??? seriously???? it shows the weakness... so true Dita...

Hey!

Right now, I don't think Om is concerned about getting the two back together but making sure he gets HIS revenge form his father. It's as if he thinks that by getting revenge from Tej, he's taking his mom's badla but that's what he thinks. Deep down inside, he's doing it for himself, because he got hurt with how Tej treated Jhanvi.

As for the abrupt change in character - I completely agree. While I think that Jhanvi setting herself on fire was reason enough for Om's change, I think the effects of that scene have been heavily underplayed. No one has been shown crying on Jhanvi's bedside. No one's been shown taking care of her or visiting her or even mentioning her condition (haven't seen today's episode). They jump from comedy, to drama, to sentimental, to comedy again in a matter of minutes. THe editing and flow of scenes on this show has always been horrible but recently, it has gone completely down the drain. For me, they're just trying to handle so much at the same time that it's like we've been presented with 10 dishes that may have tasted good individually but taste horrible together.

U know what is scary ...i think without realising he kinda is becoming like tej. ..as ishana said...that when the time will come even he will be like his father. ..deep down he still is doing this for himself. .cas he is hurt. .. i just hope he doesn't loose himself totally in the revenge..the fear in shivru eyes even they realised this ...

Well the premise for DBO is itself a completely changed angry young Om😊

Though I agree, even if anger and blood thirsty for revenge, Om shouldn't even have been compared to SSO, nor used SSO as an example!

I've talked so much about Om n drugs, so won't discuss same😆

well boss has put restrictions on me, i am due in next month since last year i am missing alcohol 😭😭😭 one more year to go... i have strictly said no to second child, i like alcohol more 😈 and yes he became principle 🤢🤢🤢

So he's blood thirsty for revenge! This part I get, however the way he's going for revenge will hurt his mother even more!

Svet has already destroyed her marriage, n today she managed to destroy her son!

But this is not only about him! There's his mother, his brothers, his sister n Dadi to think about!

Anyway let's wait n see what they will give for Om, it might be too early to speculate on the ifs!

Om needed one final breakdown to become this cold calculative Om!

This is the problem! When people change its highly emotional and involves some solitude. And also there should have been some scenes showing Om's innner thoughts of anger, hurt and self-loath in form of flashbacks and conversations . It was poorly executed in my opinion.

Also i don't want another SSO!
