The accident track was cooked up to cover the fact that the creatives messed up huge with Ishkara and buy Gul time. It was an absolutely last minute thing and Gul actually lost Omkara's potential there.

oh please, I still cringe at the sheer stupidity and wastage this track was. meri dost shreya and I still laugh at the fact that he did all the destruction to himself just on the evidence of a dupatta. he could have said the truth (yeah, the truth, his gurlfriend😆) and if there was no dead body, they would not be arrested no. and he could have taken the blame on him to save prinku. Why waste 2 years in drugs. and another failure was ACP. potential wasted again. PriVeer used to be so good man associating his past as a druggie to the mindlessly plotted accident and they never even followed up on it! His druggie past could have been used in a thousand different productive ways but no they had to save face. And she never gave a closure to it either

And the latest rape issue. I have ranted too much about it on too many occasions. The fact is that IB was not wired to be a TRP garner. Otherwise it would have had TRP like her old shows. Only niche audience would watch this thing and she is screwing even that by showing stupid stuff. How I wish the writers of the show actually invested their time in showing something original. They would only have to put half the effort they gave in creating these wonderful characters to keep them intact but they are not even ready to invest that :(

they think they are creating history by making the first spin off of tv, socho kitni beizzati hogi when the first ever spin off of Indian tv would be so bad handled (it would be, I am sure)

Why aren't they ready to take risks like Sony. Beyhadh was not accepted in our house when it started, but now we watch it everyday. TRP is not just about ghissa Pita tracks. I personally think TRP can be enhanced by good execution too. And gul really has potential to do something new, which would be accepted. IshKara, if we'll executed would have been as famous as ShiVIka, (and given a chance). But Gul is blind as ever.
