The point of confusion / discussion is whether Om will leave on good terms, or bitter terms. Considering the bond that these brothers have had so far, and the one they have now, I would like to think that it will be Om wanting to g out for sometime... maybe Tej decides to leave Jhanvi after Shivaay gets back and Om just asks to go out and live somewhere else for a while to clear his head. Daadi might suggest her sister's place and he meets Gauri...

That way, if DBO gets accepted well, they can then figure out a way to keep Om away for longer. If it doesn't and they have to wrap it up quickly, then Om can just come back after a few months...

What I really want to know is whether Priyanka gets to keep the outfits she wears after she is done with her ten seconds reaction shots. Wah wah, kya bonding hai. Bhai hospital me maut ke mooh pe, behen ghar pe puri tel raha hai. But then again, this is Shivaay's 9854th near death experience in 6 months, so thoda casual hona banta hai. What is happening to her clothes, the ones that Shivani the Costume Genie gives her best efforts to? Does she take them home? High end boutique pe resale karti hai? Kya?

Re: the DBO split...well most of the spoilers as well as the promo seems to indicate a shift in Om's personality as he moves to DBO, that is why we were speculating...given that he won't be seen that often in IB after DBO starts, I think they will set up some form of a split and not just a casual vacation😆...

You mean to tell me Billu ki "Mein sab thik kar dungi, give me a little time Badi papa /mummy /wifey / brother/ baby mama/ Oberoi shareholders/ Blackmailing saas!" dialogue is not going to work its magic with Om?

Lol-ing aside, that would actually be one way for Mrs Kapoor's plan to explode all over her face, if Om leaves because she's sent the clip. She wont know the extent of the hell that Shivaay will bring on her and Tia if she costs him his brother, until she actually acts on her bluff. And if Om leaves the Mansion because of all this, I for one will be very proud of him. At least its growth-- he hasn't tried to kill himself, which hurts everyone else more than it hurts him. Instead if he asks for time to process everything from Shivaay and Shivaay actually has the sense to give it to him, I'm game.

I don't anticipate Shivaay being so cool with his brother that he is SO sentimental about just randomly disappearing for that long and him not blinking one bit...seems like some sort of rift will happen for sure.

But can you see a rift happening that Shivaay wont then spend the rest of his obsessive life, trying to fix? Bhaar mei jai Anika/Pinky. Its OM, and he's angrily or tragically or sulkily left home! SSO will be in DBO, in every other shot if he is concerned for Om's mental health. If there is a rift, he will kill himself trying to repair it. But if Om leaves quietly, (lets say he knows the truth, but Shivaay does NOT know he's found out, and Om is smart/loving enough not to tell him) and Om gives Shivaay a plausible, normal reason for him leaving OM for little while, I can see the storyline not needing Shivaay in DBO, in every frame.

The illegitimacy thing has to go somewhere before DBO happens...and then they can switch to whatever IB 2.0 will look like minus Om.

As long as Rudra is going nowhere, I will manage with Om's zulfein ghataoing in major festivals and guest appearance wala shayaris. I hate this DBO not being an IB continuation like a pleasant, "interval ke baad, aab aage" style story, by the way. Overly, foolishly ambitious of Gul, of Kunal AND Shrenu, and I'm not being snarky, just honestly aware of the shit show this will be. Nog for the acting, but because This. Will. Be. SO. Badly. Handled.

I hate they have separate sets and that its not all of them in OM, with the second half's focus being on the boys and not just Shivika. I love OBro moments, and AniRuKara won my mean, lolz loving, sarcastic heart from their very first scene. The sight of the growth and love between them yesterday made me miserable all day.

Its going to be so rare to see that bond in the future. Damn you, Gul. But hey, I'll take Om's visits over Kunal/Lee/Neha quitting any day. And I truly believe this is a temporary arrangement. No WAY can SP believe Gul Khan is capable of handling two different shows and two storylines for more than 3 months without bollicking up both stories.

Unless SP is being run by Gul Khan's fairy god mother, if I, as casual serial watcher know about her track record, these people must know she is utterly useless at multitasking.

I think there have been quite a lot of signs in recent epis of a rift brewing under the surface...more than the usual Oberoi theatrics...Tej-Jhanvi are on the verge of a split, Svet is gaining more influence on Tej, Pinky again today bringing up SAGE v/s cousin waale rishte...Om is being accused of rape by Svetlana, is supposedly under investigation for that...lol...

So all of this it seems will culminate in the ultimate disenchantment and heartbreak for Om that he may finally take a stand and want to leave...on his own terms...Yes, he's stopped many times in the face of Shivaay's emotional blackmail or orders to stay...but they don't exactly need logic to suddenly show Om making up his mind...and when he does, if he beseeches Shivaay to let him go, I think Shivaay will let it happen...not easily, but it's possible...yes, he will be heartbroken himself but I get the sense that circumstances will culminate in such a way that Om will ask to be set free for a bit...and Shivaay will let him go for his sake...

I don't really get the sense that it will be an easy split for the shows...the writers would like to keep some easy trump cards in their back pockets to weave it all together as needed...something to still link the characters...and angst is usually the easiest tool...that lingering sadness...and this will also give Shivaay-Anika something to work towards vis a vis trying to heal all the various rifts in the family 😆

Anyways, baaki toh time will tell.

Oh this seems very much possible😆...both the brothers trying to protect each other from the harsh truth...would be in line with basic IB principle😆...and yes, it would solve the issue of how to show Shivaay not being compelled to gatecrash DBO to fuss over Om😆

She's a fantastic actress, no doubt...in many ways, she makes Pinky watchable despite all the loud TRP drama otherwise toh bardaasht hi nahin hota...she's so sweet as a person though, man...lol kitni sweetly saara kuch describe kar rahi thi.

It's amazing how the actors are all attached to the show despite the fact that not all of them get that much screen-time regularly...but they really hit it out of the park when they do...especially Pinky...lol

This week really must have been quite draining on her and SC the most I'd say...and I liked what she mentioned about the honesty they pour into their acting...it definitely shows👏...the rest of them...Kunal, Lee in the hospital scenes were fab too and NM looks like he'll be quite good in this scene with Pinky and Anika too.

I still wonder what 1.5 years of work went into building this show😆...given how haphazardly the characters and plot-lines move around...lol oh well.

He will basically commit horrible blunders and instead of NOT repeating those blunders, what he goes and does is the OTHER extreme of saintly heroic act so his blunder gets wiped away...matlab galti karna band nahin karega, bas galti ke saath saath koi bahut achha kaam bhi kar dega so people don't focus on his blunders and he never needs to improve himself on that front😆

coming to Pinky she's such a lovely woman and probably it's caz of her you can't fully hate in pinky despite her nonsense like today and this team is so awesome . they remind me a bit of BBKD ke cousins and how they were all when 1 day they were told that's it but this team is much closer bbkd was just forming that and then they were told bye bye which reminds me have you seen recent PJ and ND interviews and they did go on vacation with his gang and she joined *ahem*
