Just my take on Gauri
I always thought Annika character was formed as a mix of more Om and little of Rudy (Shivvay's first loves)

Saumya is a mix of more of the the good sharp side of Shivvay and a little of Om (Rudy's first loves)
(Saumya did admit once that she prefers stable and grounded men like Shivvay... lol The good side of Shivvay)

Gauri should be a bit grey of she is going to be Om's lead. I would like that as well. More character substance and sharp to deal with all this NB crap when the time comes.
Om is closer to Shivvay than Rudy, so yes she will be more Shivvay and a little of Rudy (Om's first loves)

I would vote for a grey Gauri

Yaa Roshni of Paanch. What all she did no other female leads would dream of doing like droving all male villains to the hospital in some or other way.

I think black n white characters r boring...

Face it , we humans are capable of being both a saint n evil...

Our moral belief that keeps us on check. .. it's very easy to blur the line between black n white in some people who have experienced tremendous tragic events... people interpret situation diferently, Anika despite facing so much is pure at heart while Sso facing nothing compared to Anika is shady. Sort of like arnav from ipknd, he was shady cuz his dad was cheater n mom committed suicide while kushi was an orphan, yet saw life diffrently.

And arnav is one of the favorite character, because the audience took a journey with him from grey to light.

so I'm up all 100% for grey gauri... I think it will be interesting journey. Like how we hated sso to now loving him for his selfless act to save Anika. ..

I always waneed a female version on sso for Om. Maybe their love will give new perspective to the shady gauri.

Sounds cool isn't Shady-Gauri lol. Get it???

But Gul also said that DBO isn't for TRPs and that's why it's not airing on prime time. So maybe it's possible. I really don't want another recycled Shivika story here. Was really disappointed to see Om acting like Shivaye in the promo, now I don't want Gauri to be another Anika. I've got more than enough dose of angry young man and bubbly girl. 😆 I am tired or bubbly girls... not all Desi girls are carefree and bubbly. ..lol I want someone to represent the minority of Desi girls who are equally smart and deals with life shrewdly.

If that article is really true then it's great. I think Gauri will be appearances can be deceptive type of character, acting like a simple traditional girl at first and later turning out to be a smart, cunning and little bit ruthless. Would love if she's like Gauri from Paanch. Oops!!!!!! I'm again expecting too much

Yes Omkaras FL was supposed to be grey but now everything changed...So i dont think she will be grey.

Honestly wouldn't want a Grey character for Om coz I feel poor guy is so troubled anyway with his dad and his mistress I would want someone to take care of him.

I don't mind certain negative traits to the character but I don't want her to be a negative character like Tanveer

Sounds interesting. I would love it if she is business-like and cold to get what she wants. I just hate how they switch everything depending on the reaction of the audience. If she is grey make it consistent and hope no silly tracks. Hopefully they get a decent story, but I don't have any expectations.
