Anika is lying on the floor holding shivaay's hand who is looking at the camera lying in bed. Pinky is also sitting next to shivaay.
This is a BTS pic but I guess they are shooting Anika meeting shivaay chupke chupke and holds his hands and just as pinky enters she lies down still holding hands..
