Another entertaining episode today, filled with Shivaay-Anika scenes...mera toh paisa vasool ho gaya😛😆

LOVED the opening Sahil - Shivika scene...this kid is such a ROCKSTAR, man😆😆...totally stole the show there with his "Pyar ka bukhaar" picture😆...egging Shivaay on ki aapko bhi dekhni chahiye yeh picture...Anika all freaked out, trying to shut Sahil up😆...Billu all curious ki yeh KAUNSI picture hai...mujhe bhi dekhni hai😆😆...and Saahil going, "haan aapko ZAROOR dekhni chahiye...usmein heroine AJEEB language mein baat karti hai aur hero TADI maarta hai"🤣...even offering to book TICKETS for the two of them to go watch🤣...Billu ko PHIR bhi samajh nahin aaya Sahil ka ishaara😆...he was just curious ki mujhe picture ke baare mein aur bataao😆

Phir silsila shuru hua Anika ke dreams ka😆...this is definitely a reboot of the previous phase when she had started to imagine Shivaay around her...but this time instead it seems more front and center since she's realized her love for him too...the whole dream was hilarious😆...Shivaay PARDE mein se aaya😆...and in Anika's dreams, Shivaay is always shown to say ki use sab pataa hai😆...she has such a high opinion of his all-knowingness it seems😆...dreams mein Billu ne demo bhi de diya of how dil ki ghantiyon ka tempo increases/decreases as he gets closer to her😆...LOL@ Anika's renewed determination to stay away from him...her grumbling about the fact that if she's around him, he insists that she look at him so she has to not even be around him😆

Morning mein Billu marveling about how "Lady Kumbhakaran" Anika woke up so early😆😆...

Anika then spent a good chunk of the epi trying to hide from him😆...I enjoyed all this still because in b/w Billu's Anika sensor would get activated and he'd search around for her, all confused...lol the closet scene was funny too. And the entire bit when she's hiding UNDER the couch, and Billu tricks her into coming out😆

It was in the very end though that everything took a turn for the poignant again...after all that running, hiding, the light comedy around it, the moment when Anika had to face him again was beautifully executed. Shivaay again asking her the reason for why she's hiding from him, not looking at him, insisting that she turn and look at him again...

Since the past two epis now, Surbhi has been doing that switch beautifully...where Anika tries her best to grumble, use her funny words to distract him, deflect him but then there comes that moment where she is compelled to turn and look at him...and everything shifts inside her...you can SEE that change and it's KUDOS to SC for doing it so beautifully👏...it's never jarring...that shift from comedy to poignancy.

And today they took it a notch higher...the entire bit as Anika watches him walk over to her slowly and the build up as he moves to hold her, you can almost see her holding her breath...and then the moment he touches her, she is OVERWHELMED...and you truly start to see how she's just hanging on by a thread, all the comedy notwithstanding...she is so overwhelmed by what she feels for him...when he touches her, the barriers she's barely managed to erect, shatter again...and the flood of emotions overwhelms her...the way she then just breaks down onto his shoulder and starts crying...again, such a touching moment...

Shivaay is so thrown off, poor guy😆...but still immediately moving to console her...asking her kya hua? And Anika's like..."hua nahin, ho raha hai..."...aww...she shares how terrified she is of what's happening to her...and Shivaay instantly moves to soothe her, telling her he'll fix everything😆...Oh Shivaay😆, if only you knew😆

Precap mein they are actually talking! 👏😆...I guess Anika will indirectly share what's bothering her and Shivaay will try to give her some general solution without realizing what she's actually talking about😆...but I think it's sweet for Anika to try to rationalize her way through this, leaning on Shivaay to guide her😆...even if he has no real idea of what Anika is actually grappling with.

Another scene I LOVED today was the Rudy-Sahil scene😆😆...Pehlelwaan aur Choohe ki jodi HIT hai👏😆...both of them praising their intelligence even though their Tia wala plan FLOPPED and they seem to have no follow up to it😆...but their little discussion on pyar was hilarious...Rudy doing a demo of the three POVs of love in the house...Shivaay, Omkara and his own😆...Lee was fantastic in this bit👏😆...and then him and Sahil both thinking about Soumya when they wonder about how kabhi kabhi koi ek insaan zyada achha lagne lagta hai😆

Forwarded through all of Tia's lame creeping about...really have no patience for it right now🥱

I would just add that perhaps Shivaay realizes that the whole O family is taking too much of an ordeal on Anika

After he saves her from being kicked out and then, being poisoned - he worries for her and hence the promo shows an opportunity for him to keep her safe ???

He knows how much SAHIL means to her -- after all that is what he used to get her to marry him! So I think this is Billu Ji trying to be noble and it will backfire on him!!

It was a beautiful episode today - with the right balance of comedy and light moments and emotional bits.

All the hits and misses between shivika today really cracked me up. It must be hard to play hide and seek with the one person who can actually SENSE you😆 My favorite part today was the part when she was hiding under that sofa and cussing SSO for not going to his office😆 Ani is so cute man! And the end was just absolutely beautiful, the way SSO put his arms around her and calmed her!

Rudra Sahil scene was so cute! Love these two😳

SC owns her scenes these days. She's a fine actor, but since the last few days she's been on fire! There is not one moment where I did not absolutely LOVE her expressions. Even while doing the comedy scenes she never made me forget why she was doing it - her expressions moving from pained to annoyed and angry and then scared at the end. It was all so cute, with her grumblings and all, and so so heart touching.

Precap seemed good, atleast the first part. In the later part it's just Ani being shikaar to another of Tia's evil plans. I liked it that she just lurked in the darkness today and did not actually show her face much. Made my weekend😆

Overall I'm loving the way Shivika story is progressing. Hope they don't mess up and just go slow, take time to portray both of their feelings like they are doing now.

It's always a pleasure to read your posts

One of the few rare places where it's more sane and people dont go around with the blame game😳

I think i'm in love again and again with Surbhi here( i'm a normal girl, but hey Surbhi is just an awesome actor😆😉)

Anika is so innocent, and truth be even the most intelligent person doesnt know how to deal with their first blossoming feelings of love😳

and she isnt wrong, "out of sight, out of mind" is something very famous even till now... so she's going to try to apply it nah😆... but will it succeed or not? my bet is "Nope"😆

I enjoyed the last scene, where SSO walks slowly towards her and raises to touch her... One touch and she was gone, no pretense, no running away, her feelings overwhelming her completely till she shatters completely and start crying😭

There's another beauty about Shivika, they actually discuss more than just sharing eyelocks and maan ki baatein and telephathy 😆

Anika has bared her inner feelings completely, and it's obvious SSO is as clueless as ever😆

but i liked how since start SSO has initiated her in such things as flirting or blushing, true she shared her feelings with Sahil, somehow it's nice seeing how SSO will again indirectly help her to cope with her feelings and guide her...

even if SSO doesnt realise that Anika is talking about love, but i guess he knows she's talking about the big changes which is happening in their life

Guess we are getting the forehead kiss tomorrow

LOL she just gets more adorable by the second, honestly...the little bit when she was grumbling that he's such a big businessman, doesn't he have anything better to do than play hide and seek with her? 😆 Oh Anika, you should know that for Billu YOU have become a far bigger priority than business...although he'll never admit it easily😆

It was a good episode, love reading your analysis. I come here to check it everyday lol.

And going by the promo Shivaay usually does have his own twisted way of dealing with things so I'll wait and watch to see how things work out. Cause i doubt he would believe anything Tia has to say, and Pinky just is a wreck and Shivaay knows that.😆

Also, I do expect Shivaay to flip soon cause lets be real the whole NKK things is major for him, but I don't think he would humiliate Anika in front of Tia for all that. Shivaay and Anika are team and know what she is up to.

Next week should be interesting

God finally a break from lurking because I'm at work and can only read and not join in!

Of course your analysis is spot on, and I couldn't agree more. But I want to turn the focus onto Shivaay, if I might- because parallel to the fantastic work that Surbhi has been doing to give us back the Anika we love, I think Nakuul has been building layers into SSO, into a new man we haven't met before.

The issue of whether SSO thinks she is his partner has been laid to rest, as thoroughly as possible, for me, during the lolzy hanging/fainting scenes. I cringed with the whole "Biwi ban baitho tum meri!!!" but I have to say the balance of the instantaneous "I'm sorry its been a bad day, I lashed out at you, I spoke rubbish.." neutralized his words quite well. There was no reason to jump on the poor man in the middle of a asthma/weak heart attack because of some heated irrational words. Not when he took them back, and truly meant the apology. I didnt get the forum's collective rage strokes-- SSO reacted like a regular person, a person with anger issues sure, but a regular man driven to the edge.

If Anika had not instantly put him in his place--removing his hand from touching her, ( and not touching her by now must be physically painful for Shivaay) and telling him "No..you hurt me. Like THIS.." I wouldn't have been quite so okay. But slowly, over the (barely a week) of her wedding time -line wise, she has moved back to her original character arc, so it worked for me.

Why am I bringing this up? because I think he wont give her cause to doubt the respect / trust he accords her as "My biwi" going forward, even with the Sahil/Thief crap coming. The last bit of "NOT my biwi" is now established as the rubbish he must know it to be. He's known what she means to him, ever since he thrashed Daksh not for being the creepiest creep to ever creep, but for daring to touch "Mera BIWI." He's articulated that, now.

In today's episode, I think SSO has made it clear, moreover, that with Sahil AND with Anika, he can go one step beyond-- he can see himself as a family unit. The man who taunted Phukat Raja as third rate class-less time pass is now demanding tickets to a brand new B film he's never even heard of, but is more than willing to go see with these two. No matter what the spinoff brings, in terms of the Obros and their closeness, I want this new brotherly relationship examined--Sahil and Shivaay's. I think the thief accusation will give us some Sahil/Shivaay moments as these two navigate their new status as Anika's twin loves.

And I can see that since no one in this house is on Shivika duty any longer, Sahil, with his insight into both of them, is the ideal matchmaker here. These two blind mice will need him and he will not rest until he delivers his Baghad Jija to his sister, wrapped metaphorically in those iron chains.

Aww thank you, Felicity :) There is so much fun stuff to focus on in the show, where's the time for blame games? 😆 I certainly don't have the energy for them right now😆...God bless the people who do😆

Especially in today's epi, the last scene was just SO touching, there is just so much to discuss there...right from the writing, execution to the acting...it was one of the best scenes of the show.

I was also very pleasantly surprised by the fact that despite all her attempts to hide from him, Anika eventually breaks down and seeks answers from HIM only...just makes your heart go out to this girl all the more...she is something else...a heart as soft and pure as hers is so rare and it makes you fall more in love with her as you watch...and I also found it very sweet the way Shivaay instantly moves to soothe her even if he doesn't know the problem...this quality where he wants to be there for her, take away any pain...that is what makes her surrender to him, open up to him...even though she is wary about him causing her pain...she can't help but reach out TO him to take away her pain...this beautiful paradox b/w them is so touching to watch right now.

I loved the point you made about the lack of pretense b/w them...yes, despite all the other nautanki that goes on, at the heart of it, there is so much HONESTY b/w them on a fundamental level...especially from Anika's side, she never manages to successfully hide anything even if she tries😆
